Location was great—right at the footsteps of the metro. The upstairs bathroom was well maintained, but the downstairs bathroom could use a good scrub to remove potential mold and odor. One inconvenience was that the elevator wasn’t always working, which can be tough when carrying large luggage. Overall, it was a good stay,

We had a great stay! Room had a loft with an extra bathroom which was great for travelling with teens. Patrizio was so helpful arranging airport transfer, a tour, cruise port transfer and restaurant recommendations. Will stay again next time we come to Rome!

The room was clean and had everything we needed. The hotel is secure and located right infront of a subway stop. Patrizio was super kind and made sure we had everything we needed. There is a lot to see in walking distance of the hotel. Would highly recommend staying here!

The room was fine, nothing special the area is ok but not awful 20 min walk to the colosseum. I don’t think it was the original room I requested, but it was fine. Bed was a rock. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Patrizio is the best. He made our stay great from beginning to end. He even let us use his electrical adapter as ours didnt fit the outlet. Location was convenient to the Metro and Termini station, which made our transportation easy. Thanks for a great stay in Rome. We had a wonderful stay.

Great Place to Stay in Rome

Very welcoming host, great location, right opposite the Metro, 1 stop from Termini, very large comfortable rooms with very comfortable beds, would highly recommend, plenty of bars and restaurants close by
