Super nice host. We made a mistake and missed the part about paying a city tax fee and providing passport info, but he was very gracious about it and met us in person—handled everything speedily so we could catch our flight. The apartment is perfect for being near the airport. Very easy access. We also decided to spend the evening in Rome, uber to the city and cab back to the apartment were both around 60 Euros, took maybe 40 minutes, even with bad traffic. We are four friends, not couples, and there was a bed for each of us, so we appreciated that. Everything very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Apartment felt safe and quiet. Nothing bad to say about this place—it was perfect for our needs.

Rooms were clean, shops near by. Contact person for Ab&B Ricardo what very very helpful when it came to giving us directions on how to get from Airport to apartment. And when it came time we need to get transportation from AB&B to get to cruise port, he arranged Van service for my friends and I.

We had a great stay. Riccardo was very friendly and understanding which made the stay very pleasant. The house was immaculate and everything worked perfectly well. Would recommend to anyone visiting Italy to stay a few nights here. Beach is not far and there are some really good dining places within walking distance from the house. The proximity to the airport was also an added bonus with bus routes within 5 minute walk.Thanks Riccardo.

Simply amazing. This property is perfect. We stayed 2 nights and would definitely stay there again if in the area. Sleeps 5 people , eveything you may need plus more. Beautiful roof top balcony, groceries,pharmacy and resturants just steps away. Public beach is an 8min walk. Owner always available to help with qustions and needs. 5 stars all around.

Nice apartment not far from Rome airport

This unit consists of two bedrooms and a kitchen area though there isn’t a living room type area. The beds were comfortable. The unit also included a roof top patio area which could be nice in good weather.The shower door needs a bit of maintenance but the shower was functional. The location of the unit is quite good. It is in a decent neighborhood with a food store and several restaurants within walking distance.

Nice place to stay before flying out of Rome

This was a great apartment. The layout is very comfortable, feels safe and Riccardo is a wonderful host. We had an amazing dinner just around the corner and a taxi ride is just 15 minutes to the airport. We did take the bus the night before and walk the 1.3km to the apartment which wasn't too bad. Overall very nice stay.

Nice Ending for Our Trip

We loved our stay. The apartment was so great. The area was nice and walking distance to many restaurants and the beach. Riccardo was easy to reach. He gave us many suggestions for food and places to go. The balcony was a beautiful bonus ! it was like having another get-a-way. Definitely would book this one again.

Amazing Host and Property

Riccardo is the best best, most accommodating host we have ever stayed with. We arrived late and had to leave very early the next day. The VRBO email app wasn't working all day but Riccardo rolled with it and got it all figured out for us to find him and get checked in. His communication and willingness to make your stay pleasant is 100%.

This property was excellent. The communication with the property manager was excellent. He arranged airport transportation to and from his property for us. He was extremely kind and helpful to meet all our needs during our stay. The apartment came with many added extras that made our stay very enjoyable, Netflix, beach towels and a rooftop terrace were all bonuses that made our one-night stay extra memorable!
