Anna was very accommodating with a very late check in due to an airline delay and she allowed us extra time checking out so we could see the Pope before flying home. The beds were comfy, the bathroom and kitchen were clean. Very tiny shower but it works. Finding outlets/plug sockets was a challenge because it is an older house. Very hot when we were in Rome, but couldn’t leave the windows open during the day because of the mosquitos. They were bad! Bug spray is recommended for this time of year for sure! Lots of bites. Very close to metro, grocery store, fabulous bakery and amazing ice cream place across from metro. Quiet area in the evenings. We loved Rome! Thank you!

Over all a wondeful stay. Anna was an amazing host. The bus and subway was just a short walk away. Grocery store too. Everything you need to cook with was there. Local people were very nice and helpful, dont let the looks of the area worry you. As for the clean status of the unit I personally give it a 8.5/10. I am a clean freak so for me spider webs in the corners, dust on photos frames are a big notice for me. However the over all of the home was clean. The bedsheet were extremely clean including the bed themself. The shower is small however for me beimf 5'4 was not bad but my 6'2 husband had fun durn shower time lol. For the pice of this place and the locations I say worth the booking. We were able to hop on the subway and get to all our sites in max 40min! This was amazing! Place over all is like the photos on the ad.

Not right in the city but everything accessible!

Loved the apartment space! We stayed for almost a month. We had enough room and needed to be able to work. Never had issues with WiFi. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and cooked quite often. Walking distance to grocery, cappuccino and fresh bread daily. Metro is 5 minutes walk away. Space was very clean. We loved the patio space and would sit and have a glass of Prosecco. Shower space is a little small which is not normally an issue. My husband is just 6.4 and so was tight. But he would definitely say was not a deterrent. Anna was a great host and didn’t bother us but would answer questions if we had any.

Goog stay, but location is not centric

The location was clean, we were allowed to parking and the host was quite ready to answer and quite receptive, but there was a problem: hot water was not available because there was a problem with the heater. The location is far away from the downtown and no hot tube available!

First visit to Rome

The flat proved ideal for our week in Rome. We went to Rugby match at Olympic stadium, visited tourist sites in centre of Rome, all easily reached via metro and bus. Flat in a good area for food shops, bakery and coffee shops. Anna good host, left us alone but responded to enquiries quickly. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Anna was great. If we had any questions according her property she responded right away. The appartment was in great location, five minutes walk from metro station. Great trip to Rome

We loved this apartment. It is a 5 minute walk to the metro, with a short ride to everything you want to see in Rome. There is a beautiful private deck and garden outside that we had all our meals on. Anna is a lovely person and was available to answer all questions.

Big house in suburban Rome

We had a lovely stay here, the host was very friendly and we had plenty of room to spread out in the bedrooms. Remember to bring your own cooking oil etc. if you are planning to use the kitchen, as there is none provided, and also bug repellent as there are many mosquitos in the beautiful terrace in the warm months. It was only a short walk to the station, and the neighbourhood felt safe. There is good gelato and pizza nearby, non-English speaking stores but worth the translation effort!

Wonderful Flat in Perfect Location

We absolutely loved Anna's high-end apartment. Anna was excellent at communicating with us, and her place exceeded our expectations. It's beautiful, super clean, and well-furnished in a quiet street. Close to the metro, shops, and restaurants. Minutes from Rome's main attractions. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We Just loved Annas place!! Quiet neighbourhood with access to grocery store and places to eat. The Location was extremely convenient to hop on the metro and go to the city centre. It was only a 5- 7 walk from our place to the Metro station!! The apartment was very roomy and beds were very comfortable!! Anna was very easy to contact and very quick to respond to any questions I had.

Great location, excellent host

Being In a quieter neighborhood, but a 5 min walk to the metro, grocery store and mini markets made this a great place to stay. The gated entrance made us feel secure, and gave us a private terrace to enjoy.

Wonderful stay!

We were so pleased with our stay in Anna's beautiful home. It was clean and comfortable for 4 guests on our week vacation in Rome. 5 minute walk to the Metro station (Battistini), grocery stores, with delicious restaurants and Gelato around the corner. While the home does not have air conditioning, there are big windows and fans provided. Anna very nicely arranged a taxi for us to and from the airport. Highly recommended!

A gem in Roma

I would stay at Anna's place anytime I am back in Rome. Anna's place is very spacious, close to bus and train (about a 5min walk). There are many shops, restaurants and supermarkets close by. Anna is always available and very helpful. We were comfortable and made breakfast every morning, then went out to explore beautiful Roma. Thank you Anna.

Clean spacious place, attentive and responsive host, great location

Wonderful base for exploring Rome--not in the historical center but with a subway stop about 500 meters away great for exploring the city. We were there for a month--4 adults--and had plenty of space. Spacious apartment, clean and neat, good kitchen and a quiet neighbourhood it is just the right kind of place for exploring all that Rome has to offer. With a clothes washer and drying rack available a very comfortable base for a longer stay.The host Anna was attentive and responsive to any and all concerns and was available virtually anytime needed. Although the wifi was temporarily an issue the host made quick and efficient arrangements to rectify the situation. One thing to note the shower is very compact. Neighbourhood is non touristy- grocery, bakeries, cafes, banks and stores all within walking distance. Vatican area is just 4 stops or so down the subway line so getting around was no problem. For those who are true walkers--getting to the Vatican area on foot is also an option--about 50 minutes walking. One tip for longer stays invest in a monthly transit pass, it is well worth the cost.

We had a wonderful time. The home was close to the metro and many other things but it was also up a quiet street. The home is very spacious, clean and made us feel at home. We made friends at a restaurant near by as well as a produce market.
