We were looking for a location close to Roma Termini for one night and this fit the bill, just a 2 minute walk away. Breakfast on the rooftop in the morning was very good with lots of selection (bread, pastries, fruit, meats and cheese, eggs and sausages, coffee, tea and juice). Our room was very nice, plugs beside the beds, air conditioning worked well, and toiletries were provided. The front desk staff was helpful, suggesting nearby restaurants for supper.

The location is excellent for people taking trains the next day but wouldn’t recommend the area. Additionally though the bed and common areas are clean, there was a damaged shower head, mold along the bathtub, black marks on the wall and signs of previous water damage. Rooms are big and suprisingly quiet given the busy neighborhood outside the hotel/ train station. They just need to refresh/ repair the room… otherwise a good hotel and location.

This hotel was conveniently located, literally across the street from the train station, however the area itself was somewhat rundown and at night felt mildly unsafe. There were some nearby dining options when you looked however nothing that was immediately convenient. We did a lot of walking to the Vatican City as well as the shopping district, which was an hour walk.

Photos were deceiving. After checking in we had to go back to the front desk multiple times to get our key card reactivated/ replaced. Finally a staff member came with us and realized there’s something wrong with the door lock. We were given a manual key. Lights wouldn’t work because it’s key card reliant. Staff came back later to manually turn the lights on in the electrical box. Overall the room was kinda blah. Smelled a bit strange, and was very humid/ moist. Cracks in the walls was all but charming. Weird stay to say the least. Wouldn’t go back.

The staff was great, the rooftop breakfast was great, the area around the hotel was less than great. That said walk 2 blocks away and it’s fine, but a lot of homeless in the area, and just remember that a certain element is attracted to being around major transport hubs which Roma Termini is.

Nice spot.

Great location. Reception staff friendly. Breakfast staff excellent. Breakfast served on the rooftop - which was just lovely. Room clean and tidy.

Clearly not a 4 star. 2 or 3 star at best. Deceptive reviews. The only good thing is bed was comfortable and proximity to the Termini. Our room was dirty (Carpet) needs replacing. Bathroom shower was very tight and moldy. Breakfast offered cold, old tasting pastry. Cappucino uses powered milk which ruins the flavour. Juice was the cheap stuff from the machines. No irons in room, must request to use it and return immediately No closet space for clothing We visited other 4 stars in the area (doubletree and UNA) and they were true 4 stars. Onky stay here if the value is MUCH cheaper then competitors. Otherwise move on. We only
