Staff is great. Room was a wonderful size compared to other properties we considered. The elevator can be somewhat slow and is very small but overall we were very happy with our stay. On a busy shopping street so not the best for someone looking for a quiet stay but we were so happy with how much was in close walking distance — markets, shopping, great restaurants, taxi ranks, etc. The property has done a great job making sure their facilities are very secure and safe feeling given how busy of an area it is in!

Regardless of whatever room was booked none look even remotely like what we stayed in. Walls could use fresh paint or cleaning. Air con never worked and room was so hot always. Couldn’t open window at night to cool it because there was just so much noise all night long from loud music and constant garbage trucks. Fridge was also broken. Mention in ad was breakfast was an option but when there we were told there was no breakfast. Felt like complete false advertising and we were very happy to leave.

AC did not work. The front desk is only available from 9-6. After 6 you are on your own. Not a hotel by any means. Wi-Fi very poor.

Poor internet. The front desk is open from 9-6 and after 6 you are out of luck. AC did not work and no one to complain to. Room little light. No grand master suites here. The only thing they got going is the area. Excellent location to shopping and restaurants.

Highly recommended...great location...close to fabulous eateries, it was very safe, great shopping, quiet, within walking distance to many tourist attractions. The suites are spacious and clean with good air conditioning. I would highly recommend ❤️

The property is in a great location. Many places to eat shopping and tourists attraction. Rooms are small dont expected marriott or even hilton style. The elevator is the smallest i have ever seen. Are keys didn't work and no one was able to assist since front desk close at 5pm. I had to message them for a code. Took about 30min. The AC in the room was also not working its best. Good location,but definitely not a 8 rating.

I don't even know where to begin....Let's start with the positives. The area was the perfect location to access all of Rome! Lots of restaurants and taxis near by. We also walked to lots of monuments. I definitely recommend the location! The staff is nice and attentive and tries to help. The room was also very clean and roomy. But the property was another story. The shower rarely had hot water or water pressure. Sometimes there was no water and we couldn't shower. Same with the sinks. The power went out in the middle of the night and when I contacted the emergency number, I was instructed how to turn it back on. Then, as a result of the poweroutage we couldn't exit the building to get to our vatican reservation. We could not buzz out of the gate. We were completely trapped with no second exit. It was terrifying and if there was another emergency like a fire this would have been disastrous.

Unfortunately, our room was not like the picture, the furniture was very old and not even clean. We wanted to cancel but they did not agree and gave us another room which was clean but very small for 3 people and we paid a lot of money.
