One of the reservations had been cancelled for an unknown reason. The personnel were able to solve the issue quickly and provided us the rooms. The rooms were excellent and service was great.

Room was just ok. Plumbing needs some work. Maybe we were spoiled from food in Rome, but avoid eating dinner at their restaurant, it was bare edible. Convenient to airport and train station with a shuttle running throughout the day

We stayed for one night and had a very positive experience. For an airport hotel, it exceeded our expectations. The room was satisfactory, quiet, and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. One of the best features was the dining; they serve hot meals until 10:30 PM, which was perfect for our late arrival. While you can find 'gourmet' food in the heart of Rome, the dinner and service here were surprisingly good for an airport location. To top it off, the checkout process was the fastest I’ve ever experienced—we simply dropped our cards and hopped onto the shuttle, which was prompt and efficient. If you understand you are at an airport and keep your expectations realistic, you’ll have a great stay.

The hotel is old and moldy, water was leaking from the ceiling on the 4th floor. There is a sliding door near the reception that requires the room key, and I was never able to make it work. When I told one of the hotel staff that they should replace it with something more modern and functional, they shrugged with an attitude. Our room was claustrophobic and smelled like urine. The only good thing about it is convenience

Staff were efficient and welcoming. Room was comfortable, clean and in a quiet part of the hotel, which I had requested for, in order to sleep better. It was an overnight stay in winter, so there was hardly time to check out the pool and gym. Breakfast was the usual buffet fare. Best thing is easy access to Rome Airport to fly on to Singapore.
