The hotel is in a perfectl location! It’s close to all the sites and also some incredible restaurants. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful which was appreciated. There is a great restaurant in the hotel as well!

This hotel is in an amazing location. The staff are extremely nice and the roof top bar has stunning views of the city. The bed is comfortable but the room was lacking in many other ways. It feels a bit old a dirty. I stepped on someone else’s toenail and it stick to the bottom of my foot. The hot water is warm at best and goes in and out while you shower.

Loved the quaint atmosphere and warm staff. Lasagna in the cafe was delicious !!! Only wish that there was a dresser in the bedroom on which to place our personal items. Otherwise, it was great.

Chapter Roma is situated in a perfect neighborhood that is close to everything, yet the beautiful little side street it’s on is quiet and safe. The room was elegantly decorated with a huge window that opens into the quiet street. The rooftop bar has incredible views, but perhaps the best thing about this hotel is its employees. They were all so welcoming and kind. We will most certainly be back and we will recommend Chapter Roma to all of our friends.

We spent 2 nights at Chapter Roma. Having been to Rome several times previously, we wanted a location where we could easily explore neighborhoods and varied dining options. Chapter Roma delivered on location - easy access to public transport, walking distance to Piazza Navona, Campo d’Fiore and Trastevere. Rooms are on the small side, so would recommend upgrading if you value space. They are design forward and fixtures/finishes and furnishings are contemporary - a nice juxtaposition to the 19th century bones. Bathroom does not have a fan, so fogs up quickly. However, water pressure is strong and it’s well stocked with amenities. Lighting could also be better especially for makeup. Staff is very friendly and front desk is 24/7. They speak English extremely well, and were responsive to our requests (hairdryer wasn’t working and a new one was delivered right away). Breakfast is an eclectic mix but there’s something for every dietary need. You can also order from menu. Coffee is delicious. Room systems like TV and lighting switches (turning on/off and dimming) could be simplified. There are instructions on using the TV to avoid an on screen message, but it’s not intuitive. Door and room electricity work off of skeleton keys (charming but awkward as the two keys are on the same key chain…and door does not lock automatically). Chapter Roma is great for location, design oriented travelers.

Nice location, comfortable room ( I paid for an upgrade) friendly, good service. Had a really good meal in restaurant one night. Did not like being charged €50 a day for two beach chairs - after paying for the most expensive room available, felt that should be s given.

We loved our stay at Hotel Chapter Roma! The hotel has such a cool, modern vibe, but what truly made it special was the amazing team. From the moment we walked through the door, everyone — from the front desk to the concierge — was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. A special shoutout to Gianmarco, who was at the desk both when we checked in and when we checked out. On our first day, after a long tour of the Colosseum, I took a spill on the sidewalk and hyperextended my fingers. Gianmarco immediately got me a bag of ice and pointed me in the direction of a nearby pharmacy for some pain releif. He even checked in on me a bit later to see how I was doing. His kindness and attentiveness turned a rough moment into a much more manageable one, and we were so grateful for his genuine care. The hotel location is perfect, just a short walk to Trastevere, our favorite part of Rome for its excellent cafés, shops, and restaurants. We can’t recommend Hotel Chapter Roma highly enough and will absolutely stay here again the next time we visit the Eternal City.
