The room was clean and spacious (we reserved a triple room), the beds were comfortable and the staff was great! It was about a 15-20 min walk from Termini station. I'd totally stay here again when visiting Rome!

Everything about this property was great for a single traveler who only needed the room to sleep and shower....until last night when i was walking to my room with my friend and was informed he couldn't come upstairs unless i paid for a double room. I need to pay for a visitor who isn't staying the night? I actually thought he was joking because the concept is absurd. I paid for the room already and i'm getting called down like a naughty child who came in after curfew? It was wildly embarrassing. I absolutely will never stay here or anywhere like it ever again. I should have known there was a catch since it was so affordable.

The room was very well set up for 4 guests and was ok. The rating was lower due to the state of the bathroom which was very outdated. On top of that the shower head kept flying off leading to the water shooting out and hitting the sealing! The toilet seat was detached on one side and even after they fixed it that last less than one day. Check in was easy. As for many Rome hotels the elevator only large enough for 2 plus luggage. Location is about 15 from train station and 20-30 min from many locations.
