We knew from the photos that the accommodations would be sparse and the amenities few, but we weren’t prepared for so many problems. As we arrived in Rome early in the morning on an international flight, we planned to leave our bags at the hotel and walk around the area until check in time. We were disappointed to find that there was no secure storage for luggage, just a pile of bags in the very small lobby. Hours after checking in and settling into our room, we found that the air conditioning was not cooling the room at all on a very warm and humid day. The staff offered to move us to another room, so we repacked our belongings and moved to a similar room. The toilet worked fine that first day, but on the second day it stopped working. When we explained the problem to the person at the front desk we were asked “What do you want me to do about it?”, and told to use the bathroom on the first floor near the breakfast buffet room. We also discovered that the room safe did not work. The staff did end someone to fix the safe eventually, but the toilet issue was not resolved. No one from the staff followed up with us or mentioned it again. With dormitory style furniture, thin mattresses, and stained, moldy shower curtains, this establishment feels more like a hostel than a hotel. Given all the inconveniences and a mostly indifferent, unaccommodating staff, I strongly believe I should receive a partial refund. Decent hotel, good enough.

Location is great for close proximity to the train station, but the area is not great. A lot of outside noise on the street. The hotel staff was not the friendliest either. The room was small but did the trick. The air conditioning barely worked and the wifi was practically non existent.

Good value hotel

Stayed for a rugby weekend when we spend little time in the hotel. Close to a good selection of bars and restaurants which are reasonably priced. Room was clean and comfortable which allowed for a good night's sleep. Reasonable choice for breakfast. Exactly what we expected for what we paid. Good value.

Good Location and Cleanliness Room

Very good location (about 5 mins walk from metro station), clean and big room and toilet. It surrounded by supermarket and restaurant. And a nice lady in the reception told us a very useful travel information.

we stayed here before an early train from termini and it was a great location for that. The room was big and adequately clean. Staff not overly friendly. Wifi did not work. Breakfast was fine. We had no problems with the surrounding neighbourhood. Recommended for a short stay.

Clean small hotel

This is not a grand hotel by any means but the room was very clean. Only problem I had was that the wifi was not working and the hotel clerk did not offer any help or explanation. The hotel is 2 minute walk from the Termini train station which is good, but surrounding neighborhood is not that great. Good for quick stay.

Dirty and disgusting--don't stay here!

This hotel gave me the creeps from the minute I walked in. There was only one man working at the reception desk (there's no lobby)--he hardly looked up or spoke to us when we went to check in. When we went in our room we discovered that the toilet wasn't flushing, so we went down to talk to the man at the desk. He gave us instructions about how to flush a toilet. This was my third trip to Italy and while the toilets flush differently from American toilets, we assured him we know how to do it. He did not offer to have it repaired or to give us another room. When we insisted he made a half-A offer to look into it. We came back several hours later and nothing had been done. Not to mention the visible mold in the shower and the broken TV. Needless to say we turned in our key and went to another hotel that night.

駅近の街中でしたが、意外と静かでした。 バスタブが有ったので湯に浸かったり、ゆっくりシャワーが出来て疲れを癒す事が出来ました。 無料の朝食はメニューが毎日同じで少し変化が有ると嬉しかったなとおもいました。

A proximidade da estação Termini, em Roma, facilita para quem está se deslocando de trem, mas é preciso ter cuidado com a frequência circundante, em determinados horários. O quarto foi bom, dispondo de cofre e o banheiro bastante bem aparelhado e confortável. O hotel fica próximo da estação Termini, em Roma, o que facilita bastante os deslocamentos daqueles que viajam de trem, mas é preciso tomar cuidado, em determinadas horas, com a frequência circundante. As acomodações do quarto foram boas,dispondo de cofre e banheiro bem aparelhado e muito confortável. Café da manhã diversificado, servido em salão agradável. Atendimento da recepção muito bom, com indicações precisas sobre passeios e conduções mais adequadas para cada atração desejada.

Super für Stadturlaub!!!

Ein schönes Hotel für einen Stadtbesuch! Wir haben Anfang Mai Rom bereist und dieses schöne, für unsere Wünsche ausreichende Hotel gewählt. Es ist einfach eingerichtet und sauber. 5 Nächte bezogen wir dieses Hotel und können nichts Negatives erwähnen Trotz Bahnhofslage sehr ruhige Zimmer durch gut isolierende Fenster. Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, TV (italienisches Fernsehen), Telefon und Föhn vorhanden. Die Rezeption bietet einen 24h-Service und ist zu jeder Uhrzeit sehr Hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstück war für deutsche Verhältnisse ausreichend, für italienische schon fast luxuriös ;) Der Kaffee war wirklich gewöhnungsbedürftig aber dennoch ein echter wach Macher und Helfer bei Toilettengängen. Es sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe also ohne große Planung zu erreichen. Auch Fahrten zum Meer (per Bahn, 1h, 4,50€/Fahrt) sind durch guter Lage am Hauptbahnhof zu unternehmen. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub ohne Komplikationen.
