Absolute dump! The room wasn't just old and run down, the smell of mould was overwhelming. Hair on the bed, stains on the headboard that looked suspiciously like bodily fluids. Chipped furniture. Rock hard matresses and smelly blankets. Again, worst part was the mould that set off my asthma and allergies immediately. If 0 star was an option, i would still want more numbers on the negative side.Run, don't walk, as far away from this place as humanly possible. Better off sleeping in the train station.

I was surprised to see such a big room in the center of Rome. It was very spacious and stuff was great. They even offered to keep pur luggage while we were in Sicily! Thanks!

Okay for the money, great location.

Only one electrics outlet in the room. Oversize mattresses on bed, prone to tipping if you sat on the edge. Sink stopper was missing. Your knees were under the sink when sitting on the toilet. Wrong size toilet seat.

Do NOT stay here. Rooms are very shabby, tv does not work and safe did not work. We changed room's but was worse NO safe tv still not working and the shower was broken and there was no hot water. Someone entered into our room late at night even though we had put lock on. The day receptionist was very unhelpful, and just shrugged his shoulders. Breakfast was just pastries and dry cereal. AVOID at all costs 😱

The room we had was 2 blocks down from the main building. Breakfast was horrible with such small servings and guests just outnumbering what they make. Room had no shower curtain and shower head was broken. I do not recommend this place at all

I left an average review only because the staff was very friendly and helpful, otherwise this hotel was not clean at all and nothing was working, no hot water moved rooms around couple times because of bad conditions, bad smell, breakfast only served couple sweet cakes and coffee. Anyway, thanks to the staff who tried their best to make us feel comfortable!

Convenient location in Rome however hotel is dated. Worst part about this stay was that the air-conditioning switches off at night, with no heating. Got very cold in the room and did not switch back on again till 9 am.
