The Front Desk staff was excellent. Emilio helped us organize airport and cruise terminal transportation and Doreen was great in giving us insight on how to properly navigate different local experiences. The breakfast team was excellent and our room attendant was great too. Clean hotel and service driven culture made for a very nice experience.

We had a wonderful stay at the IQ Roma. The location was very convenient to dining options and tours. The staff was welcoming and friendly. It was our first trip to Rome and the staff helped us schedule transportation from the airport to the hotel. I also appreciated that the waters and snacks in the room were complimentary and replenished daily. I would absolutely recommend the IQ Roma!

It s the Third time we stay at this hotel. Small hotel,clean near attractions ,restaurants and 15 minutes away from Termini. The staffs are very nice and can help you with place to visit,restaurants. The staff and breakfast buffet is about the best I have ever experienced. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet has so many choices and all of the food was delicious.
