The accommodation

Joy Apartment 2 is a beautiful 80 sqm apartment, located on the second floor (with elevator) of a period building in one of the most characteristic streets of the Trastevere district.

Spread over two levels, connected by an elegant wooden staircase. Upon entering you are greeted by a large living room with double sofa bed and dining area. Complete the equipment an independent kitchen, comfortable and equipped with everything you need to prepare both complete lunches and tasty Italian breakfasts (with espresso machine).

Going up to the second level you enter the sleeping area, equipped with a sitting area for relaxation overlooking the living room on the lower level and wardrobe; from here you go to the sleeping area with double bed and an independent bathroom with bidet and sensory shower.

Guests will have independent heating, air conditioning, hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, WiFi.

The refined furnishings and complete supplies allow up to 4 guests to stay in comfort, making the experience of visiting Rome full of joy!

Tourist Contribution - Municipality of Rome
At check in it is necessary to pay the tourist tax of € 5 per person per night (max 10 nights) established by the Municipality of Rome. Children under 10 are exempt.
