Great Hotel would stay here again.

My husband and I came back from a Mediterranean cruise and decided to stay a few extra days in Rome and we couldn’t have been more happy with the hotel and the condition and cleanliness of the room. The room was spacious and quiet, although it was a busy street, but we were able to sleep without any issues. The rooftop pool with the view of the Colosseum was icing on the cake because after a long day of walking, it was really nice to just get back to a comfortable room and a nice rooftop pool and bar to relax in. The hotel staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was great as well. The best part was, though the location because it was near public transportation, the Colosseum and all the major sites.

In my opinion, this hotel was the only place to stay to be the heat of room! It was so convenient to be able to sightsee in the morning, take a 30 minute pool break, go back out into the city for more attractions, take another pool break, and basically repeat this process for four days. I cannot imagine visiting Rome in 100° heat without that pool! I can’t even say how convenient it was. Everybody was super friendly and accommodating. The pool bar was great. The air-conditioning worked well. Again… This is the only hotel to stay at in my opinion if you want to visit Rome, beat the heat, and never leave the city. I feel like if we booked a place with a pool outside of Rome, we wouldn’t have been able to see as much of the city. 10/10 recommend.

The location wonderful, staff amazing, rare to find a pool in Rome and it was great. Guillermo at bar was wonderful! Rooms small with limited toiletries. Only issue was 1 iron for everyone to use on 1st floor, huge inconvenience when attending dinner and meetings throughout the week & no ice machine. I would still recommend because staff is so good.

Whilst there are some very minor signs of wear and tear, the rooftop pool with the stunning view down to Colosseo is unbeatable! Also, the staff are great; unfailingly courteous and helpful.

We had a Colosseum view room which really impressed. The hotel had all the facilities we needed and the choice for breakfast was excellent. The hotel itself is in a great location and was so easy to get around using public transport and by foot.

We had a rocky start at the hotel — the initial room was dark, smelly- on the first floor , and the front desk staff member was quite unhelpful. But Sara at reception turned our stay around. She calmly listened, moved us to a higher floor, and even gave us an upgraded room. Her professionalism and kindness truly softened my heart and changed how we experienced our time in Rome. This may have been my favorite hotel during my time in Italy! The view of the colosseum day and night is spectacular! The convenience of the breakfast downstairs and restaurant with a small menu was great. Walking distance to everything or the front desk can call a taxi. Even though it’s on the backside of Vatican City you are away enough that it’s quiet and restaurants are less expensive.
