Great Place
We stayed two days before a cruise and loved it. The staff was amazing. Francesca was also great at responding to some of my questions before arrival and assisting with transportation from the airport to the hotel as well as from the hotel to the cruise port. The location is great and we walked all over. Lots of restaurants in the area.

Excellent property. Great location, one block of the beautiful Navona plaza and excellent restaurants. 24 hours complementary coffee service. Very friendly and professional staff. One day we had problem with the hot water. The reception was already close, but they provide you a contact number. We called them and with no hesitation and no delay they came from home with a technician and solved the water heater problem. The room we had was really small, but we only got there to take a bath and sleep. The bathroom was awesome. 5 stars

The Navona Stay is next to the Piazza Navona and convenient for walking to many major attractions in Rome like St. Peter's and the Trevi Fountain. We arrived early and the staff accommodated us by storing our luggage and even putting it in our room while we were sightseeing.

The position is second to none, close to so many attractions and so many places to dine. The staff are very helpful and just nice, the room is a little tired but comes with a sauna and huge spa. Having a morning coffee on the balcony is a delight. Overall we loved it!
