Nelson and the entire staff were very accommodating and extremely nice. The breakfast buffet was great. This B&B is close to several famous landmarks and many of them are walkable. Vatican is walkable but a little further away. Nice restaurant right outside of the B&B for dinner Fiammifero. The lasagna and Tonnarelli cacio e pepe is AMAZING! highly recommend this place!

This hotel was truly a highlight of our trip to Rome. The service is truly top notch, the accommodations are spectacular, the location is perfect, the air conditioning was amazing, and the food offered was delicious! They were able to provide fantastic recommendations for transfers, restaurants (for a group of 16!!), and tours. We could not have been more delighted to be guests at this establishment. From the moment we arrived at this beautiful B & B we knew we had made the perfect choice for our first visit to Italy. The whole staff went above and beyond for the 6 nights we stayed at Donna Relais Lucrezia! There is someone on location day and night to answer any of your questions, travel needs or just friendly knowledgeable conversation about the amazing city of Rome. Our room was stunning from the decor to the view..And breakfast everyday was something different and plentiful! It was a perfect location for anything you wanted to do in Rome. You will not be disappointed and we hope to get back there someday in the future.

Quaint hotel in a good location within walking distance of the Spanish steps and trevi fountain. The room was a fair size and the bed very comfy. Could use a thorough cleaning as we found the drapes hanging off their hooks, soap scum and buildup in the shower and dust on the walls. Also didn’t like the fact that there were renovations taking place in the building. The staff were super helpful as I think they need to be since the hotel is on the second floor and there is only one old fashion elevator to service the hotel. Overall enjoyed the hotel, a bit different that what we are used to and the breakfast was really good.

Beautiful little boutique hotel within easy walking distance of multiple attractions and great places to eat. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, a definite step up from what is typical in the US at places like the Hampton Inn. What made it stand out even more for me was the fantastic staff. They were warm, attentive and very helpful. It was clear they work very hard to provide excellent service. I would definitely return here for my next stay in Rome.

We found the Relais Donna Lucrezia to be a unique hotel within Rome. Not sure if it's listed this way, but with only 9 rooms, it's more of a B&B than a hotel. This suit us well because after a while we tire of large hotels. The staff is exceptional by making, to a degree, whatever breakfast food we preferred. The room amenities were excellent. If we return to Rome we will certainly return to Donna Lucrezia.

An excellent alternative to large corporate owned hotels. Relais Donna Lucrezia provides well appointed and comfortable rooms in a very well maintained historic building just near the Spanish steps. Close to all sites.
