Penthouse consists of living area with kitchenette (kitchen) with induction hob, fridge, oven, sink, dishes and everything you need to eat.
Table with seven comfortable chairs. Sofa bed for one and a half (adult or two children). One bedroom with bathroom, double bed and single sofa bed. Another double bedroom with bathroom communicating with a bedroom with a single bed. WI-FI available. Each room has its own TV. Terrace equipped with gazebo, table and chairs for outdoor dining. Possibility of immediate parking. Five minutes from the metro station. Area full of typical restaurants.

Appartement au calme Ă  quelques pas du Vatican

Appartement trÚs bien situé avec toutes commodités à proximité. Situé à 5 min à pied de Saint -Pierre. Appartement trÚs calme. Nous avons été trÚs bien accueillis pas le mari de Raffaella, panier d accueil, aide pour porter nos bagages, conseils pour stationner notre véhicule, conseils pour les visites et restaurants autour de l appartement. La terrasse est un vrai plus sur Rome, nous l avons beaucoup apprécié pour pouvoir nous y reposer aprÚs les journées de visites. Nous recommandons à qui souhaite séjourner à Rome.

Avons bien aimĂ© l’emplacement et la souplesse de notre hĂŽte Alberto. Appartement sympathique!!

Quelques Réparations à faire dont une des chambres et une chaise extérieure. Il manquait aussi de choses dans la cuisine et notamment pas de linges pour essuyer la vaisselle. Sinon, tout était parfait.

We were greeted very warmly when arrived even though we were early for check in our host allowed us to leave luggage anyway so we could do some sightseeing he explained many things answered questions made suggestions just totally wonderful host he even left us a welcome basket which included a nice bottle of wine fantastic host

Don't stay anywhere else!

We loved this property! We loved everything about the location and everyone we can in contact with from the drivers the owners set up for us to the manager that gave us a tour and answered all our questions. We should give it more than 5 stars if possible.

Raffaella’s apartment was a wonderful oasis for our family while we were visiting Rome for a couple of days and during one of the hottest weekends in Rome. Raffaella was super helpful and accommodating even with some last minute changes on our end. The apartment was clean, convenient and cool. We wished we could stay longer.

Beautiful Location and Terrace

Rental was very clean, very close to Metro and the Vatican and great food and the terrace was wonderful for relaxing after a long day of touristing. Highly recommend! Owner was very nice and rental had charm and was perfect, although a little tight for six people.

Beautiful apartment

The check in process was easy and owner arranged a private transfer to and from her apartment. The cafe on the main street below the apartment was great to have as the location was a bit away from the "happening" area of Rome. With that being said, the Vatican museums were a few minutes walk and we were able to visit all day once and go back to see the pope when he was giving his sermon on the Sunday. We did walk most places which were all within a couple miles. We enjoyed the terrace and the air conditioning was perfect. Thank You!

Super place in the heart of Roma.

Rafi's appt and terrace in the heart of rome is a simple but outstanding refuge. We enjoyed late evenings outside on the terrace and siesta in the ac during the heat of the summer days. She is a great host with lots of information. The cafe downstairs was also super. We 100% recommend!

Primo location in Rome

Great apartment for 2 adults and 3 big kids on Rome’s Metro line. Clean, fully updated bedrooms and baths. Terrace expands living space beyond very functional kitchen space. Lift ends one level below apartment so you must climb 1 flight. Host very flexible on check-in. We would book again.

Great location near Vatican City

Overall great experience in this 7th storey apartment for 2 adults and 2 children aged 10 & 13. Expect roof terrace to be quite hot in late June and July. The AC in the unit was a necessity and welcomed in an otherwise heat island.

Attic by the Vatican

Excellent location and everything you needed was provided. Our Vatican tour was a ten minute walk away! If we ever have the chance to visit this wonderful city again I would definitely book this quaint apartment again. Wi-fi was excellent and the neighbourhood was just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Rome to feel relaxed when you returned. Thank you Raffy for the goodies! A very nice surprise. My phone was lost on a tour bus previously and we had a car accident the day of trying to get to Florence to return the car so we could get to our booking at Raffy's Attic by train. You were so patient with the lack of communication on our part. We stayed during the heat wave but the air conditioning worked very well. I recommend this property.

Rome Home

We had a wonderful experience staying in this beautiful place, we called Rome home. The place was very clean and sweet. It is close to metro and only less than 10 mins walking to Vetican museum! The owner was very helpful in answering our inquiries! We definitely will come back if we visit Rome again!

We loved this apartment!

This was such a lovely apartment in a great location - about a 10 min. walk to the Vatican area. It was spotless and the beds were so comfy! Two beautiful bathrooms is a plus when traveling as a family with teenagers! The terrace patio was an added bonus because we love outdoor space. We had pizza and played cards at the table one night! They arranged for a van to pick us up at the train station and get us to the apartment. The driver was so nice and helped us get into the apartment. They left us a lovely gift - wine and snacks! We highly recommend staying here!

A night in Rome

The perfect resting place before my family’s day in Rome. The owner Alberto waited for us at the front door to assist our check in his instructions were perfect and all questions were answered. The unit on the sixth floor had a gorgeous view of the Vatican was clean comfortable and well appointed the elevator made access easy. A very short walk to the Vatican, an easy walk to most other attractions in Rome. It was perfect for us and we would definitely stay there again.

Clean, convenient and with excellent rooftop views!

My wife, son and I enjoyed our stay at Raffy’s Attic House. There was more than enough room for us (and more) and Raffaella was very responsive and helpful both leading up to our stay and during. The location was great for walking down to the Vatican or hopping on a bus to explore the other side of the river. Thank you for the clean, comfortable accommodations, Raffaella!

What a fantastic apartment - very central with just a few minutes walk to St Peter's Square and a number of other of the attractions. The roof top terrace was a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the evenings after long days of sight seeing such a special city. We will definitely return !! Many thanks Louise & Julian Thomas

Great location, enjoyed the balcony.

Raffy’s apartment in Rome has an excellent combination of features, location, and aesthetic. The building and elevator are charming. The apartment is up to date (3 a/c units!) and has a view of the basilica from the living room. The location is close to the metro and the Vatican while remaining right outside the sea of people surrounding both. Raffy was very communicative and personally showed us around her place. We appreciated the opportunity to stay here.
