I have been traveling to many places and countries. Usually I book 3 to 3.5 starts hotels or B&B. I had never had this bad experience as I had for this Suite Opera Rooms. First of all, there is no name, no address on this property. We had very difficult time finding the property, especially in the night. Finally we called the property, the staff came out from another hotel ( totally different hotel name) to meet us and told us this another hotel owned this property. So actually there was no Suite Opera Rooms! Not exist! And then the room was very small, barely opened the suitcase and there was a wired smell.

This was a great short stay and exactly what we needed! Bed was comfortable and the room had a nice view. The location is super central, close to the train station and all the main monuments.

The staff are very helpful to get you there as its a guestroom. Its adjoined to two other rooms where u can hear plumbing and if noise sensitive did not sleep. It is extremely clean and nice touch with the fridge so for a short stay its good value.

We felt a little catfished when we stayed here as none of the photos reflected the room we stayed in.and it was a location away from a hotel called Sonya hotel which was the hotel that had the reception to check in. We only really needed a room to atay in as we were out most of the time but the room smell was not very appealing and not wjat we were expecti g for the price you pay. It smelled musty and mouldy and like my son said like "farts" and there was 2 giant hunidifiers in the "gym room" and the toilet was downstairs. The shower was some sort of old hydro bath converted into a shower. It worked but not ideal. If accomodation in the area was not so expnesive by the time we arrived we would have gone to another place. I would stay away abd look elsewhere. Location was good as we wanted to be close to the sights but thst is about it. The bed was also 2 single beds put together not a double ned and they couldnt even put double bed linen on the beds

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The hotel area is nice, but extremely loud. I am a light sleeper, and every night I was woken up to loud banging coming from outside. If you are a larger person, be ready to have to squeeze through hallway doors. The room was nice. It did have a bad ant problem (we never had food in the room, so we were able to deal with them). There are several restaurants within a 5 min walking distance (including several on the street the hotel is on). The Metro stop is about a 5-7 minute walk and was easy to find. I would stay here again.

This is not a hotel. This is a room that is a block away from the Hotel (Hotel Sonya). The smell was terrible. Dank. The layout was also poor. The "bathroom" is down a steep set of Marble stairs. The plumbing was not correct. Toilet - Bidet was not plumbed properly and flushing the toilet would "gurgle" in the bidet. The flooring was falling apart. The bathroom door would not fully close or latch. The shower was a stand alone stall that was slippery and old. Steam (?) does not work. The gym had a treadmill, and incline board, and 3 dehumidifiers. The treadmill does not work. The location was close to the train station, if that is what you are looking for.
