Why the Sun of the Vatican? Because the apartment is every day kissed by the Sun, because it is located in the Vatican and St. Peter's Basilica. Because the Prati shopping district, with its chessboard roads, is an orderly neighborhood that blends the business with pleasure. Rich of elegant buildings that boast important offices, classy shops, trattorias and typical Roman restaurants, pizzerias, local markets, supermarket h 24. The squares and the public spaces are well kept, in short, a quiet and exclusive neighborhood. The apartment is located in a historic and historic setting, just a few meters from the Cipro metro. Wonderful stay

Absolutely loved this apartment, it was so spacious and easy to walk to from the metro. The property owner is just wonderful and responds to you so quickly. The area is just great and close to supermarkets, our favorite crepe place, metro and 10 minutes to the Vatican. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Great place

We only stayed one night. The host answered my questions quickly. Very helpful, before and during our stay. She gave us a list of places nearby to eat. The neighborhood was a bit hard to find, but I think that was more our problem. I would recommend a stay here.

Great week in Rome

Spacious apartment in a great location short walk to Vatican. Neighborhood had plenty of informal restaurants and cafes for easy dining and grocery stores. Excellent weekend market where the streets are closed to traffic. Subway nearby though we were able to easily walk to all the major Roman tourist sites.

The home was pleasant and comfortable. Beds were good and the kitchen was finished adequately. Coffee was the best we had in Rome. 20 minutes to the Vatican gate. Many restaurants close and the area was very safe.

This was the perfect place for myself & family to explore Rome. This apartment is in a fantastic location & is exactly as described. Only 5 minute walk to Vatican City & metro. Perfect spot for a mini break

The appartment is nice and clean, can hold 6 people easily and is very well situated close to the Vatican and public transport. We had a wonderfull time in Rome, walking towards the Vatican to enjoy the Vatican or to take a bus/metro to see the other interesting places. We really enjoyed Rome, the appartment and the hospitality of Silvana, who was always willing to advice or to help out.

Fabulous flat and location

You could not ask for a better location. 20 minute walk to Vatican City. Multiple restaurants and gelato places within minutes. The flat worked perfect for 7 adults. 2 baths, handy kitchen. Communication with our fabulous host couldn’t have been better. We were very pleased!

Great apartment in Rome

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Rome. It was nice to be in a quieter neighborhood while still being so close to Vatican City and a Metro stop that allowed easy access to the city center. Silvana was a very responsive host. She quickly arranged for us to get access to the apartment when our plane arrived early and went above and beyond to return an item we accidentally left behind in the apartment.

Great location!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay here! The location couldn’t be better - just outside of the Vatican wall. It’s very convenient to metro, taxi stations & restaurants. Silvana promptly responded to my questions and provided great directions and rental description. We were able to drop our luggage off long before check-in time. Beds were super comfortable & we loved having an espresso each morning. Showers are small compared to what we’re used to, but adequate. It was nice to have 2 full baths for 4 adults.

This property was very clean and Daniella, the housekeeper, was very nice and helped answer alot of questions we had. We never did see Silviana. It was my daughter's birthday and they provided a platter if cookies for us. That was so very nice.

Quiet location not far from vatican

Access information on VRBO app or website wasn’t available to click (still is disabled for some reason), so we had a hiccup to find the apartment and to get in, but overall the apartment was clean, quiet, and spacious. Walking distance to Vatican helped. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Shower booth was very small, we are petite so it was okay but if you are tall, you will find it very difficult to shower. Little play area next to apartment complex was a plus for my kids!

The apartments is covered in mold showers being the worst. The owner is a complete liar whe will try to swindle you out of fees. Items were damaged from prior and she accused us and tried to charge $250. I would highly recommend staying on the street before you stay here

Lovely property, close to Vatican, comfortable beds, hostile host

Lovely property close to Vatican. However, host told us to communicate with her through her phone number, which we did, then scolded us for contacting her through that number. Our plane flight was delayed, which she was fully apprised of, and due to this unforeseen delay, we requested a later check in time of 5:30pm as soon as we were informed by the airlines of the delay- our host scolded us for being “late” (which we were not), stated it’s our fault the person she sent to give us the keys had to wait (why did she send this person early knowing our flight was decayed??), insisted we pay them extra for their wait, sent us messages saying how much we upset her (we literally did nothing to upset her), then complained to VRBO that we never showed up (we showed up at exactly the time we said we would- 5:30pm. She then continued to contact me throughout the stay with negative messages trying to provoke further conversation- this was extremely inappropriate. This is our wedding trip, made unnecessarily stressful. I do not recommend staying here because of the way you are likely to be treated if you attempt it. In more than 20 stays, this is a first.
