From the moment we booked our stay at Villa Zaccardi, they have welcomed us with open arms and every accommodation imaginable! The staff is INCREDIBLY kind, positive and helpful, we couldn’t have picked a better hotel and cannot recommend them enough!! Grazie mille a tutti!!

Would definitely stay here again. The staff was very helpful and friendly; the breakfast had variety and was well stocked. The area around the hotel had non-touristy dining options. There was parking down the street from the hotel for a fee, but worth it, and they allowed us to leave our bags so we could go explore the city. We were also able to get laundry done since we were backpacking.

I would have given this hotel 5 stars on everything, except the room was very warm and stuffy and the air conditioning had been turned off for the season, even though it was quite warm outside. We were told to turn off the heat and open the window. This wasn’t possible due to a lot of noise from outside. Otherwise, would recommend.

Villa Zaccardi has a friendly and helpful staff. They are knowledgeable of their services and has an answer to every questions asked. Their breakfast buffet was delicious and generous. They make fresh coffee everytime we dine. There was one particular morning that they provided us "to go" breakfast bags when they learned that we had to leave early for our tour. That service was exceptional. Thank you Villa Zaccardi for your kindness and good service.

Seriously... if i could rate this hotel more than 5 I would. The staff is amazing. Hotel super clean. Free parking. My 2 boys loved it. Highly highly recommend!!!! Check out pizzeria restaurant on the corner. Absolutely delish. Breakfast awesome as well!

I was in a room on the ground floor that was not too pleasant as the only window was higher than my head. The terrace/garden was pleasant until the evening when very loud recorded music was played by a disk jockey. It is also interesting that my room had a kettle and a supply of tea but no coffee. I also found that the cupboard for hanging clothes was too small with too few hangers and that there was no place to put non hanging clothes. The room could use a small 4 drawer dresser and also a comfortable chair to sit in. I also found that of the almost 500 channels on the TV only one had any English and i didnt find any other languages ----- seems this is a hotel for italians only. The service in the terrace/garden during the day is very poor ---- you have to hunt for the staff. One more point, the attached fish restaurant is a bit to esoteric for non-Italians ---- perhas some salmon or dorade or cod could be added ---- or even stretch to a wee bit of meat rather than all "of the sea" The cost of the hotel is economic but it is just too far away from anything.
