Casa Tommasina wonderful terrace in the historic center of Rome

The apartment is located in the ancient Ghetto district, inside a magnificent Art Nouveau villa, dating back to the early 1900s. It is a place that feels like home, ideal for spending your stay comfortably and in complete relaxation, also thanks to the magnificent terrace overlooking the internal garden.
The apartment has just been renovated, and it is for this reason that we still do not have many reviews, but it is studied in detail and offers all types of comfort for short and long periods. We are sure you will have a great time!

The ancient Ghetto district is one of the most fascinating and central places in the city, an ideal starting point to discover Rome, where you can walk aimlessly in the traditional "alleys" of the neighborhood.
All culturally interesting areas are within walking distance.
Just take a few steps to find yourself in Via dei Giubbonari with its shops and nightlife, to get to Campo de 'Fiori and Piazza Farnese.
A few minutes walk away is Piazza Venezia, the Roman Forum, the Pantheon and the central shopping streets.
The Vatican is also just 15 minutes away by bus. In short, the ideal place to stay!

Loved the large balcony with area for dining, the high ceilings and spacious living room and main bedroom. The kitchen was fully stocked to actually cook. It's a lovely neighborhood as well.

The apartment is very updated and everything you need was provided. Tha terrace was wonderful to have and great for enjoying morning coffee or a drink after a long day of sightseeing. We would stay here again.

A Perfect Location in Rome

This was my fifth visit to Rome and by far the most perfect location to walk in any direction. And talk about “a room with a view”looking over the Tiber River. Very hard to beat overall.

We loved our stay! Great location, grocery nearby, inside the apartment has all that you need. Wonderful apartment, centrally located close to all major attractions. 10 to 15 minutes walks to pantheon, forum, Trevi fountain and major squares. We loved the neighborhood filled with restaurants and close by a small supermarket Perfect Terrance for breakfast and late night wine and cheese. One point, the second bedroom is a pullout sofa in the living room not a separate room.

Beautiful accommodations and central location

The apartment in the Jewish Ghetto was beautiful with high ceilings, large bathrooms and comfortable beds. The balcony is a huge plus to unwind after a long day. It is situated in a perfect location being a 15-30 minute walk to most sites. Trastevere is right across the river with numerous restaurants and tavernas. Would definitely stay here again. Carlo was quick to answer the phone or respond to my texts with any questions that I had.

Great location 100 m to Jewish ghetto, and was within walking distance of so many sights. Stayz website / communication confusing but Carlo was excellent. Fabulous stay!

Amazing VRBO in the perfect location to visit Rome! Carlo’s place is absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed for the perfect stay. The view from the terrace is breathtaking! We loved exploring the Jewish Ghetto and Trastevere. Carlo’s restaurant/ bakery recommendations were spot on and he was very responsive both prior and during our stay. Absolutely loved our time in Rome and staying at Carlo’s VRBO made our trip!

Wonderful Apartment - perfect for families to stay and explore Rome!

We had a great time staying at this beautiful apartment! Plenty of space for our family of 4 (2 adults, 1 teen, 1 child). A beautiful balcony, kitchen with all amenities, comfortable beds. Delicious restaurants nearby and central location to explore Rome by foot, or access public transportation. Carlo was so kind to check in with us and ensure our trip was going well. Excellent Rome Apartment

The apartment is spacious, clean, and has all the amenities you’ll need. We loved the blackout window treatments that allowed us to sleep in and the AC was fantastic. The location is great and everything is walkable. As we are from the US and are used to dryers, we would have liked a unit with a dryer but we were able to wash and hang dry everything. Highly recommend staying here!!

Perfect Rome Stay

Great apartment as advertised.. we rally enjoyed being in the Jewish quarter, which was slightly out of main action, but was close enough to walk to main attractions. Close to Campo de Fiori and Trastevere. Having the on line access key was a real advantage. Clean with comfortable bedding. Would highly recommend this place
