The flat consists of a large living/dining area with a fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms (one double and one single – the latter with the possibility to add an extra bed to suit the need for a twin or a second double) and a bathroom with shower.
It is equipped with independent heating, washing machine, TV, fridge, oven, kettle and hair drier
To make your stay more enjoyable I have personally selected a range of information and useful addresses.
On your arrival you will be given useful tips, divided by touristic area, regarding: typical “trattorie”, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, ice cream shops, wine bar, etc., that, by our experience, can help in making your stay unforgettable.

From 2019, in the living room was installed a 12.000 BTU A/C device able to cool the whole apartment. In addition, in summer, you'll find electric an in every bedroom.

At your arrival you will find a food welcome kit (pasta, tomato sauce, oil, salt, sugar, coffee, tea, biscuits), so you will have time to organize yourself in the best way, in one of the close supermarkets. Also available in the hygienic products and detergents, as well as a kit for first aid.

You will be welcomed personally by me and I will provide all the necessary information even on public transport, the attractions of the neighborhood, the advice for pleasant walks in the city center. This way you can give your holiday a very customized impression and experience Rome

The apartment is 5 min walking from the metro station "Colosseo" (Line B) and a short walk from the bus stops that allow you to easily and quickly reach the main attractions and the most famous shopping areas.
The area is safe and is characterized by the presence of numerous green areas ideal for jogging and with playground. Among them: Villa Celimontana, Colle Oppio park and Terme di Caracalla area

Strolling around the ancient and suggestive borough Celio, you will be captured by some of the most important monuments and churches of Rome: Coliseum, Forum, S. Clemente, SS. Quattro Coronati or just relaxing in one of the many typical “osteria romanesca” where you will be able to taste the real roman cuisine, pizzerias, wine bars, pubs, ice cream shops.
Your stay will be even more comfortable due to the proximity of: underground, bus, green areas, parking, supermarkets, internet café, car/bike hire, bureau de change, etc

It is available on request, free of charge, a baby cot with linen children.

On request is available a transport service to / from the Fiumicino and Ciampino airports.

Last but not least, there is a BUILDING TERRACE where you can enjoy an amazing view of Rome monuments skyline. Great expecially at sunset.
