Agréable mais avec quelques déconvenues

Si la résidence est bien à 5 minutes de la plage, il faut toutefois être véhiculé car, à pied, il faut compter 20 à 25 minutes par le biais d’un dénivelé important. Si la descente « aller » est envisageable, la grimpette « retour » de 3km est difficile à envisager après une journée de plage... Une fois là haut, la vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique. Il y a toujours une place pour se garer près du logement, le site est sécurisé. Les vacanciers « locataires » sont détendus et courtois, contrairement à la plupart des propriétaires locaux qui, sur la base de prétextes parfois ridicules, n’hésitent pas à marquer leur aversion vis-à-vis des saisonniers. Le logement est tel que décrit dans l’annonce. Il est petit mais gérable pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. La propreté est acceptable, les couchages sont confortables, même le canapé convertible. Le réfrigérateur, même réglé au maximum, n’est pas très performant. Il n’y a pas de climatisation, pas de lave linge, pas de parasol et pas de barbecue. S’agissant des activités mentionnées dans l’annonce, la piscine est propre, de taille conséquente (longueur maxi = 20m). Il est recommandé d’éviter la tranche horaire 15h/18h, les transats disponibles sont rares à ces heures... Accès refusé le lendemain et surlendemain car nous n’étions pas en possession des bracelets qui auraient du être fournis par FONCIA (obligé de descendre à Sainte Maxime, dont le centre se trouve à 10 km du logement) Il y a effectivement 2 cours de tennis praticables mais inaccessibles ! Ces derniers se trouvent effectivement dans un village voisin, dont l’entrée est sécurisée, et nous ne disposons pas des badges indispensables à la réservation. Séjour agréable dans l’ensemble mais location à 1000€ la semaine pour 22m2 (sans état des lieux contradictoire), alors qu'au moins deux particuliers propriétaires qui louent demandent 800€ la semaine pour 45m2. Nous y reviendrons, faute de mieux.
