For bookings, other than families, an additional deposit of €400 / 500 may be charged. The deposit will be collected upon arrival. To safeguard our property and the well-being of our guests, individuals under 26 years of age may be subject to additional verification to clarify the intent of their stay. To ensure the security of all involved, we'll need a photo ID from you, and we'll ask you to agree to some additional terms and conditions. Please note, provisional driving licenses are not accepted as valid ID. We maintain a smoke-free environment within the property. Should this policy be disregarded, additional charges will be incurred. Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests. To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 9:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.
