It is a beautiful and conveniently located property. Our room was obviously in need of renovation. Our tv never worked although they sent someone every day to "fix it", it never was fixed. The concierge was extremely helpful and the staff, including the servers at the restaurant were wonderful.

Nice rooms and spacious . Service was poor overall
Spacious and clean rooms . Nice views from hotel apart the big ship that docks every morning . Next to town center . Service at the pool was very friendly but drinks on offer seems to be not available .! Aperol spritz didn’t have aperol as they done have any .! Deals for the Beers bucket on offer not available but can buy them separately.! Service in the restaurant was poor and the food was not fine dining as advertised but a poor quality food served as a buffet . Very expensive for a buffet . Wine on offer are cheap Portuguese . And advertised as French . Would recommend for a short stay for the rooms . But not including any food .! Lift was broken ( no one working on them for the whole stay ) we had to carry our suitcases 5 floors to the reception !! With no help ! Only a lady that slowed us the way but didn’t call for help for the suitcases . ( bad service in my opinion ) From the arrival from the ferry ! And no AC there so was a definate negative ! From there security could show the room !! Where a lift was working to the 8 th floor !!! Where we didn’t need any help .! And expected a tip !! :( We were in room 801 .

Really nice room in the new section of hotel. Service at front desk was very good. Food options were lacking though… expensive buffet and poor selection / no service (not even coffee or water). They have a nice open lounge and bar at entrance but never able to get a drink there (one bartender stated he could not serve me as he was closing it down). Restaurant bar does not offer proper seating… main purpose is to provide dinner drinks for guests at tables.

Amazing staff, great location & close to all the tourist shops. Only complaint was the elevator by side entrance was out of service and had to use stairs to 5th floor several times per day.

The nicest hotel in Dominica. A lovely offering of bars, pool, hot tub, and working area. Excellent WiFi for the working travelers as well. The abundant staff are very kind. The negatives. The cruise ships come and go directly in front of the most amazing view. This happens daily and it will steal your soul. Unless you for some reason like to look at a large over sized vessel packed with people. Additionally, the options for an early check in seems not to exist even though the hotel has minimal occupancy. Not sure why. We had a major water leak from our ceiling. Luckily we were in the room when it occurred and reported it immediately. We had to pack everything and shift to another room. Nothing was even suggested as a token for the inconvenience. Even with that list of cons. It is still a lovely place to land in Roseau.
