Slechtste ervaring met een hotelboeking ooit.

Bij aankomst bleek hotel al 3 maanden gesloten te zijn. Geen bericht ontvangen van hotels.com noch hotel zelf hierover met een alternatief, ook geen geld terug. Wij waren genoodzaakt zelf een last minute accommodatie zoeken. Vakantie verpest. Nu wachten we nog steeds op de afhandeling en geld retour aangezien wij bij de boeking al hadden betaald. Nog nooit zoiets meegemaakt. Slechtste ervaring ooit met een hotelboeking, trage afhandeling na de melding hiervan, nog niet opgelost.

Horrible. The place was closed and i was not notified. We arrived to find nobody insight. We asked a friendly neighbor nearby for help and she gave us a ride to the nearest rail station. This was a bad experience.

Zimmer sind sehr spÀrlich ausgestattet.

Heizung war auf maximum 19,5 Grad die ganze Zeit, FrĂŒhstuck eher auf 2 Sterne Niveau, Zimmerausstattung fĂŒr Scandinavische VerhĂ€ltnisse eher im ganz unteren Bereich. Kein Fön, kein Wasserkocher, Fernseher nur auf schwdisch.

Great hotel

We arrived in Stockholm late in the evening and were pleasantly surprised at how caring the staff member Oliver was. He was friendly and ensured that we were taken good care of. The late evening meal was excellent. Oliver made sure to arrange an early breakfast plate was made up for us as we would be missing the regular breakfast. At 10 min from the airport this hotel is a hidden gem waiting to be discovered

Nice room, close to Arlanda airport

Usually stay the Radisson Blu at Arlanda. Tried Brooks Hotel for the first time. Only 10 min from airport, and competitively priced, this hotel had large comfortable rooms, good staff, and a nice breakfast. Primarily a conference hotel however we found it very comfortable and accommodating.

Finner hotellet idag mer som 2 stjĂ€rnor. Hade bokat dubbelrum vilket vi Ă€ven gjorde 2015. Fick dĂ„ ett rum med bĂ„de skrivbord och soffa samt toalettartiklar. Rummet vi tilldelades nu hade inga likheter med det förra, misstĂ€nker att vi fick ett enkelrum. Gick till receptionen, sa att vi ville byta rum,berĂ€ttade om vĂ„r tidigare vistelse och att vi ville ha ett likadant rum. Gick tyvĂ€rr inte. Numera var de 3 bĂ€ddsrum. Rummet vi fick Ă€r beskrivet som att man ska kunna sĂ€tta in en extra sĂ€ng i. FrĂ„gan Ă€r bara var? HĂ€nga den i taket? Rummet har en smal gĂ„ng utanför toaletten. SĂ€ngen trol. 140 cm bred. Finns endast ett sĂ€ngbord, obefintligt med yta runt sĂ€ngen. Skulle finnas gratis toalettartiklar enligt beskrivningen, fanns endast tvĂ„l i behĂ„llare pĂ„ vĂ€ggen. FrĂ„gade vid incheck. nĂ€r middagen började, kl 18,00. Kommer tillrestaurangen ca 20,20 fĂ„r info. om att vi fĂ„r Ă€ta i lobbyn. Restaurangen Ă€r stĂ€ngd! I informationen pĂ„ hotellrummet stĂ„r att restaurangen har öppet .kl 16,00-22,00. Restaurangen beskrivs ”i en internationell vĂ€rld baserad pĂ„ den svenska identiteten skapas vĂ„ra menyer.
