Everything was on point from the in room ironing board and iron located in closet to the blowdryer i had forgotten to bring and the excellent staff at the front desk 24/7 not to mention the snack bar to grab a soda and chips even an indoor pool and hot tub

Bed bugs and creepy men lurk here!

We had to pack up and leave at 2 am due to bed bugs. I waited in the car while my husband checked out and a man who claimed to live at the hotel approached me and became aggressive and scary. He wouldn’t walk away when I asked him to and I had to lock myself in my car until my husband came out. The receptionist was told and her reply was that she already knew because he was doing the same to her all night. This place is not safe and has bedbugs. Do not stay here!!!!

Not great but worth the price

The staff were fabulous. The room was huge. The bed was comfortable. The furniture was very old but not nice enough to be considered antiques. The kitchen had a lot of things, like pots & pans but no toaster and I think no microwave. But the refrigerator was big and worked very well. There was a place to hang a blowdrier but there wasn't one. The towels were stained. If they used a colored towels, the stains wouldn't show up. It is clearly in the middle of a major renovation, but I'm not exactly sure what the are going to fix. The toilet constantly ran and the bowl was stained. The floor in the bathroom didn't look clean. I didn't want to test my theory. There were no bugs, no noisy neighbors, and no cigarette smell. For the price I paid, I'd stay again.

I really enjoyed my experience here. It definitely exceeded my expectations! The room was very clean and the pool was nearby. My family and I had a great time. The customer service experience was great! I did arrive early and they made it a priority to allow me to check in a little early. I also meal prep a lot and they had a full fridge with a freezer. It was very convenient!
