Room was decent. No bedbugs, no bugs in general this time around. Bathroom tub had some unpleasant looking yellow stains. I thought at first that housecleaning didn't do well cleaning, but it turned out that it was in fact a stain on the tub. That aside, decently clean bathroom. Housekeeping and workers encountered were kind and did their jobs well. Stairwell and elevator almost always had a super strong and horrific odor that often smelled like cigar smoke and/or tobacco. Out of the whole two week stay only a handful of times did I not have to hold my breath when using either. Walls are a little thin, and you can hear any and every hallway movement so noise cancelling headphones are highly recommended during your stay if you're sound sensitive and there are multiple people

I accidente y booked a smoking Tom, front desk Clark fin not care she said i booked thru Expedia so i have to stay in this horrible Tom with horrible smell. I do understand it was my daily but i think helping out client should be a priority.

The room was actually pretty dirty when we arrived had to spend some time cleaning. The floors were not swept or mopped, the bathroom needed attention as the is rust build up in the showers. The hot water system should be looked at as maximum of 3 minutes of hot water before it got cold. Also hot tub was not working.

I booked the room online and requested a ground floor room. The front desk girl was courteous I asked for a ground floor room. She said there was none available and put me on the second floor last room at the end of the hall. With a smattering of cars in the parking lot at 10 pm. Hmmmm! Hair on the bathroom floor microwave was filthy. Room reeked of nauseating cleaning fluid. I go through Roswell four times a year. Just thought I would try a different hotel a little closer into town, next time I’ll will be returning to the one I stayed at previously.

In my view all true businesses are about people and your staff was refreshingly service minded. I would add that except in rare cases, that’s because the staff is well treated by management so I congratulate you all! Thanks for the type of stay that nearly perfectly suited my needs!
