Highlights include a relaxation deck and a screened-in private pool overlooking the canal that winds through the community. You will find a “grilling and chilling” covered patio dining so you won't have to miss a game! There is a pass-through window from the kitchen area that leads out to the standing bar as well for your convenience. Cook up a hearty meal using the appliances provided, then grab a book from the library, kick back, and enjoy the sunshine as it pours in from the window in the spacious living area. Cool off in the refreshing waters of your own private pool and savor the gorgeous view from the comfort of your backyard, then as the sun begins to set, settle in around the dining room table with a deck of cards and play until the late hours of the night.

THINGS TO KNOW

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
