From the moment you drive up you are immediately taken in by the Key West style architectural design. Open the front door to an expansive great room with soaring ceilings, and formal dining and kitchen area, catching your eyes to the beautiful pool and views of the pond!



The home is furnished with comfort in mind. The large living room has plenty of comfortable seating and a flat screen TV. If you love to vacation with family and friends, this home gives you ample room to do so - perfect for entertaining! The fully equipped kitchen is the center of the house with microwave, dishwasher, plenty of storage and everything you will need to cook your favorite recipes!



The two master suites are on opposite ends of the home, giving guests plenty of privacy. The first master suite offers a queen bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, walk-in shower, and a beautiful soaking tub, perfect to sit back and relax!



The second master suite offers another queen bed, flat screen TV, en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub. You can also wake up every morning to a peaceful retreat and gorgeous views of the crystal clear pool from both suites. The third bedroom has twin beds and a flat screen TV. Bedroom four has twin beds as well, and a flat screen TV. These 2 guest rooms share a bath that is set up as a Jack and Jill and is private to these rooms with a single vanity and a shower-over-the-tub combination.



Need an additional space to read your favorite book while you vacation with us? Not a problem, adjoining the living room area is an den with comfortable seating. The convenient pool bathroom has a single pedestal sink, walk in shower, and access to the lanai area. The home has cable TV in the living room and 2 master suites. Smart TVs are available in the twin guest bedrooms; and hi-speed internet. Laundry room with washer and dryer - All linens, towels, and pool towels are provided. All bathrooms have hair dryers. In the 2 car garage there are 2 bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler - all for guests use.



The stunning lanai and pool cage feature views to the pond, fully connecting you to the outdoors and unique Florida wild life! The large pool and SPA have optional electric heat. Relax or soak up the sun on the spacious pool deck with loungers or dine on additional patio table with chairs.
