Good spot to stay in Rotorua

A nice place to stay. The front desk did everything they could when they realised they hadn't given me a room with two beds. We got given milk free of charge and the internet was fast and the bathroom heater warmed up every room. Opposite Kaiaru park as well where you can see free thermal pools.

Very close to the city park with great walking paths around the geological hot springs. Also in enjoyed the "best meat pies bakery" right across the street. The room was clean and good for a one night stay!

Lovely place to stay

A good place to stay with a friendly host who was happy to share his knowledge of the area. Easy check in. Clean and tidy room with all amenities catered for. A soft comfy bed. Ample parking. Would happily stay here again if in the area.

Clean and Convenient

Just outside downtown Rotorua, Bella Vista was a convenient starting point for travel to area attractions. The staff was extremely helpful. The room was comfortable, but the furnishings were dated. It was very clean, but the sulphur smells of nearby pools of hot springs and vented steam got to us after a while.

The motel is in an older area and is showing it's age in some areas. Our room door was difficult to open and a few of the interior fixtures were pretty old and low end. It's on a busy road and can be noisy when traffic is heavy.

Comfortable

Motel was easy to find with parking. Checkin was easy and quick. Room was very clean but not updated, which is fine, but know what you're getting. Personally as long as it's clean I am good, and it was. The only thing less than comfortable was how quick we ran out of hot water in the shower. My husband and I couldn't shower back to back without the second person quickly running out of hot water - even trying to take quick ones.
