Two rooms had been booked. One wasn't ready until well after 3pm. I had given my credit card details as security and agreed, when asked by reception, that the cost of both rooms go on it. The first I knew there was a surcharge for that was when the payment showed up on my banking app! That should not happen! The staff were all very pleasant and I got an apology- but no refund of the charge. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable, but the hotel really needs a refurb - particularly the bathrooms.

Only downer on checkout staff member wouldn't honor the voucher for not having room serviced. 1st day she said sign should be on door previous nite(put on door before going out in morning)and then 2day, staff member was new and didn't take pic

Clean room, loved that our room had 3 double/queen beds. Lots of room for our family of 5! Little kitchenette that we could prepare dinner but lots of restaurants around the area that we enjoyed. Also a balcony! Great room and they had a laundry room, no charge. Would stay here again.

Staff were helpful and courteous, rooms were spacious, beds were clean and comfortable. Rooms could do with some updating and cleanliness could do with some improvement. The breakfast buffet was not too impressive and at times felt under staffed. The shower in our room was terrible it would go from hot to cold continuously.

The photographer that took the photos of making this hotel look great… However the reality doesn’t matchup. The hotel is tired. Built probably in the 1970s or 80s, it would have been great but today it’s just behind the times. The good thing is the room was large. The bathroom needs updating. The spa bath looks out of place …. But if you get this hotel at the right rate it then you will be happy as it is clean and tidy….

Perfect location, room very clean, nice towels, comfortable beds and efficient kitchen. Excellent breakfast.... enough choices for everyone. Staff warm and friendly. It was centrally located to all the attractions we wanted to see and experience.
