Loved it and will recommend it. Room was spacious, clean and lovely and so are the communal areas. Staff are friendly. We liked the take out breakfast option.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and shower was big. We appreciated the small fridge and the cold jug of water. It was easy to walk to all the sights we wanted to see, and there were several restaurants nearby to eat at.

We chose this hotel due to the many reviews noting its cleanliness. We were upset to check in and find dirty unscrubbed shower tile, and ripped & stained bedsheets.

Excellent hotel!

Lovely hotel! The rooms were wonderful and comfortable, staff were really welcoming and helpful. We had a great weekend here and would definitely stay again! It was also a great location, where it was easy to walk and cycle around town, close to bars and restaurants as well as the main station. Thank you so much!

Property was very clean and modern but with a boutique feel. The staff were so helpful. Bar area was nice. We didn't have breakfast but it looked acceptable but nothing special. The room was clean and very comfortable with a very sweet balcony. The only downside was the AC was very bad and it was 28 degrees when there so the room was very hot to sleep at night. The bikes were very useful and we used them for 3 days to get around. I would recommend and stay here again

Super Supernova

Supernova is in a great location: quiet but with lots of options to eat out nearby, and walking distance to the central area. To a person, staff members were lovely: friendly and accommodating. The hotel’s design made the stay feel like a special treat. And Rotterdam itself was a special place, having a calm, relaxed feel but a great city vibe - lots to do and lots to see.

The sophisticated bunk bed design is really unique, our kids loved it. Beds were also big and extremely comfy. The bathroom is stylish but not really practical as the floor tiles get pretty slippery when wet. Room was spacious and everyone had space to hang out. Patio was beautiful but not well maintained. Deck chairs were dirty and covered with grime. It is okay for us as we did not hang out there due to the hot summer weather. Staff were friendly, sincere and warm. It was a nice touch to be welcomed by record music playing in the room, as well as a handwritten note.

This hotel is quirky, but in a nice way. It is an old property in a nice neighborhood that has been renovated to a high standard. If you are not on the ground floor, the stairs are steep with narrow treads. There is small elevator. Not sure about other upper floor rooms but ours, 101, had a large deck to step out into with a small table and two chairs. It gave a pleasant view onto an adjacent plaza. Some ground floor rooms have a small green space out side. Coffee and tea in the room. TV only seems to have streaming. A mainly cold breakfast is available for a charge but they will do some fried or scrambled eggs on request. At the moment, only a limited selection of pizzas are available albeit very good quality ones. There are a number of good restaurants in the neighborhood within a 5 to 10 minute walk. The young lady who checked us in was charming and looked after all our needs, including serving us drinks and making pizza while running the front desk. The morning staff were equally as good. We ordered a van to take six of us plus luggage to the cruise terminal through the hotel. Cost was a very reasonable 34 euros.
