Located in the elegant Hôtel de Turgot, on the famous Place du Vieux Marché, in the heart of Rouen, this bright and cosy one-bedroom apartment welcomes you on the third and top floor of a peaceful courtyard. Whether you are travelling for business or pleasure, you will enjoy an exceptional setting in the centre of old Rouen.

Facing south-west, the apartment is bathed in natural light and has a pleasant living room with a sofa, coffee table and television opening onto a fully equipped kitchen. You will find all the necessary appliances to make your stay easier: microwave, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and everything you need to cook at home.

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed with storage space, and the bathroom has a shower, vanity unit and toilet.

Bed linen and towels are provided in the accommodation for your comfort.
There is no private parking available with the accommodation. However, you can park your vehicle in the streets surrounding the accommodation according to the rates in force in the city or in the paid covered car park at the Vieux-Marché located just opposite your apartment. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 21:00. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation and respecting the premises and the neighbourhood. To this end, you will be asked to provide your bank details via a secure link in order to finalise your booking and obtain the access codes for the accommodation.

## Neighbourhood

The Place du Vieux-Marché in Rouen is a place steeped in history and charm. It was here that Joan of Arc was burned at the stake in 1431, an event that marked the history of France. Today, the square is surrounded by historic buildings, including the Sainte-Jeanne-d'Arc church, which stands out for its modern architecture and impressive stained-glass windows.

The square is often bustling with cafés and restaurants that invite you to relax. Markets and cultural events are held here regularly, attracting both locals and tourists alike. With its cobblestones, picturesque atmosphere and historical memories, the Place du Vieux-Marché is a must-see for anyone visiting Rouen.

## Transit

You are a 10-minute walk from the banks of the Seine and 10 minutes from Rouen train station.
For parking, paid parking spaces are available in the Vieux Marché underground car park for added security.

## Notes

Please note that the building does not have a lift and the apartment is located on the 3rd and top floor overlooking a quiet courtyard. Therefore, people with reduced mobility may have difficulty accessing the property.

Arrivals are independent for greater flexibility. They are from 4pm and departures must be made by 11am at the latest.

The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10am to 9pm). All guests are provided with linen, essential items for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) and a large towel per person, along with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with a kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.

We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel change, replenishment of essential items, or delivery can be arranged on request at an additional cost. Upon confirmation of your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our tips with promotional codes for our selected partners, and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.

The Cour de l'Archiduchesse offers a range of services to make your stay as pleasant as possible: baby equipment hire, luggage storage, shuttle service, babysitting, gourmet boxes, tourist visits, event planning (marriage proposals, birthdays, themed rooms, etc.) and much more! Enjoying your rental also means respecting a few rules to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to avoid any surprises with the deposit! Please treat the accommodation as you would your own home: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave the premises clean when you leave. Follow the instructions regarding timetables and the use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to let us know. Please remember that parties are strictly prohibited (€250 will be deducted from the deposit), the property is non-smoking (€50 will be deducted from the deposit), pets are not allowed (€50 will be deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us, and any loss, theft or damage will be charged at the actual replacement value.
