Welcome to this very spacious flat, ideally located in Rouen in a secure residence with lift. Located on the 4th floor, this unique apartment comprises an entrance hall, a double living room, a separate fitted and equipped kitchen, a utility room, separate WCs, 4 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms.
Accessible by the residence's lift, the large living room offers a very pleasant living area with sofa, coffee table and dining table with seating. For your entertainment, enjoy the television, books and games.
The separate kitchen is fully fitted and equipped for your enjoyment. You'll find a small high table with seating, a large fridge/freezer, hob, extractor fan, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crĂȘpe party, raclette machine, dishwasher and all the kitchen essentials.
The sleeping area offers all the rest you need away from the hustle and bustle of the living room/lounge, with 4 bedrooms, 3 with double beds (160x200) and one with two single beds (90x190) that can be joined or separated as required. Each bedroom has plenty of storage space and a work area for your privacy.
Two bathrooms with heated towel rails, shower, washbasin (one with a double washbasin and the other with a WC) and mirrors will give you plenty of space to relax.
In the utility room, you'll find a washing machine, ironing board, iron and clothes line.
You'll appreciate the WIFI connection throughout the flat, the double-glazing that protects you from noise, the electric shutters and/or blinds for a cosy night's sleep, the unobstructed view and the protected parking space available free of charge in the residence.
Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.
