## Space
On the 2nd floor of a secure building (no lift), this 32m2 flat offers a fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto a pleasant living room, a separate bedroom with its own shower room.
The shower room adjoins the bedroom and includes a washbasin, towel rail, shower and WC. In the bedroom, separate from the living room, you'll find a 140 x 200 cm bed with mattress topper, wardrobe, built-in cupboard and decorative fireplace.
There is also a fully-equipped kitchen (small fridge, microwave/grill, two ceramic hobs, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils) and a sitting area with a fold-out coffee table. The sofa bed in the living room can sleep two people.
The accommodation is equipped with fibre optics and a smart television for easy access to all your applications (Canal+, Netflix, Deezer, YouTube, etc.).
For medium and long stays, the building has a washing machine and tumble dryer available free of charge. An ironing board and iron are also available on request.
Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets surrounding the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours. A bank imprint will be requested via a secure link in order to finalise your reservation and obtain the access codes to the accommodation.

Just a 10-minute walk from Rouen train station, 7 minutes from the Rive Droite quays and a 5-minute walk from the famous, lively Place du Vieux Marché, you'll enjoy all the pleasures of Rouen life: local shops, bars, restaurants, boutiques, museums, sports hall...
## Transit
Metro: The nearest metro station is just a few minutes' walk away, allowing you to quickly reach popular areas such as the city center, the train station or shopping areas.
Bus: Several bus lines pass right by Place Cauchoise, including lines 3, 4 and 5. These lines serve various points of interest, making it easy for you to get around Rouen and to the surrounding communes.
TEOR: The TEOR line, a high-service bus service, is also nearby. It enables you to travel comfortably and quickly throughout the metropolis, with strategic stops linking key areas of the city.
Accessibility: Whether you want to visit Rouen's magnificent cathedral, stroll through Old Rouen or discover museums, everything is within easy reach thanks to an efficient transport network.
## Notes
Please note that the building does not have a lift and that the flat is located on the 2nd floor. Access may be difficult for people with reduced mobility or those carrying large suitcases.
Arrivals are via the ArchiDuchesse keymaster from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and departures by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.
Accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (10am to 9pm). In the apartment, all guests are provided with household linen, first-day essentials (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) and a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit including kitchen garbage can bag, bathroom garbage can bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.
We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel freshening, replenishment of essentials, or delivery can be scheduled upon request for an additional fee. Taking advantage of a rental also means respecting a few rules to ensure everything runs smoothly and avoid any surprises with the deposit! Remember to look after the property as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave it clean when you leave. Follow all instructions, whether concerning opening hours or the use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. And if you have any concerns, don't hesitate to let us know. Don't forget that parties are strictly forbidden (250€ deducted from the security deposit), that the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (50€ deducted from the security deposit), that pets are forbidden (50€ deducted from the security deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us, and that any loss, theft or damage will be invoiced at the actual replacement value.
