Leamington … who knew!

Lovely b&b, ample parking & early check in, not usually available but always nice. Clean, tidy and well equipped en-suite room. Very tasty traditional breakfast served by helpful & friendly staff. Top location, less than 10minute walk to central Leamington high streets which hosts plenty of quaint shops, a variety of bars and so many tasty looking eating establishments, definitely something for everyone! Would most certainly stay again!

Huge breakfast with really great food. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed, plenty sockets in the bedroom. Modern bathroom with great shower.

Don’t Judge A Book By It’s Cover 😊

Leamington is a lovely place, hadn’t been in ages, so pleased to be visiting, even if only for one night. In the past I have stayed at Episode Hotel a few times, but it was booked up. Victoria Lodge looked like good value, as it turned out to be. On arrival the beautiful property looked pretty faded and past its best. A bit of a spruce up out front wouldn’t do any harm (or cost that much). Welcome was fine. Brief but fine. My room was small / very small but nicely furnished - new and good looking modern furnitre. Bathroom had recently been revamped and was very nice. Shower excellent. Breakfast was fairly good. Wouldn’t complain about it or say it was amazing. Fridge etc in the breakfast room which is odd (to me anyhow) and the staff are nice. Would I stay again? Maybe. Not sure. But it’s good value and I liked it.

Nice hotel, good value for money and the staff were really nice which is a big help! I left a shirt and the hotel called to offer to return it by post which was really good of them. Would definitely recommend!

All positive. Breakfast was excellent. Only criticism is this hotel does not mention there are limited staff spaces in the car park. We could not park and had to leave it on the main road outside. Luckily there were no restrictions. I think they should say that parking is limited.

Our room was big and clean. Unfortunately, it was in a basement, and it has really small windows at street level. We enjoyed our breakfast!

shower didnt work...

nice check in and friendly staff got told there was no hot water which was not ideal (still paid full price) didn't mind the thought of a cold shower in the morning but the shower didn't even work! also, no remote for the tv tidy biscuit selection but thats about it

Great service staff and location, room a letdown

First of all if based on staff, breakfast and location it would have got an easy 5/5. unfortunately our room was very dated and in need of a lot of TLC- eg rusty radiators scuffs on wall and outdated and and slightly grotty bathroom. I believe they are updated room by room so we may have just been unlucky with ours (room 17)

Lovely stay, clean and with lovely staff. The vegan breakfast was really good, the attention and service was first class, lots of options and very good quality. Wanda our server was brilliant, we didn’t have to ask for a thing she was on it from the start. Only 10 mins walk from town. Would most definitely stay again.
