Appartement très bien rénové a 2 pas de la mer

Ce petit appartement a été très bien rénové avec un très bon agencement et beaucoup de goût (félicitations). Il est très bien situé à 20 mètres de la grande plage de Royan, on peut voir la mer et le port en angle, et surtout entendre les vagues la nuit en laissant la fenêtre ouverte ! Nous avons trouvé tout l'équipement nécessaire (même un petit lave linge très pratique). Enfin, il est a quelques centaines de mètres du centre ville. En résumé, parfait !
