It is composed of an entrance hall, a main room with a wardrobe with 1 retractable bed in 140cm and a flat screen TV, a kitchenette equipped with 2 ceramic hob, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster and a table top refrigerator...
The just-renovated bathroom features a walk-in shower and toilet.
Enjoy the open view on the Royan Park area from the living room.
Parking is free on the street. If you come with your bikes or decide to rent some, a common bicycle room is available within the residence.
IDEAL LOCATION - SMALL BUDGET - COMMON BIKE ROOM - CLOSE TO THE BEACH
To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
