The cottage has clinker flooring in the bathroom, dining room and kitchen, and carpet in all other rooms. The living room on the 1st floor has a beautiful view of the Langeland Belt. In addition, there is an annex with 4 of the 8 sleeping possibilities of the house and a guest toilet. 2 km from the house is a small, fine fishing port, where you can also buy fresh fish. Next door is then a marina with good facilities for sailing boats. Two ferries run between Tårs and Spodsbjerg, crossing the Langelandsbelt, an international body of water. Good fishing can be done from the shore, on the sea and in a nearby fishing lake. Rudkøbing is the main town on the island and is a popular place to visit.
