Lots of amenities and a really comfortable stay, way better than I expected! I just wasn’t sure how to turn on the bathroom heater and got a bit confused with the shower at first, but I’d definitely come back again.

Lovely spacious rooms, quiet location with a decent pub across the road. Large private gated car park. Ive stayed here several times now and always jave a good stay.
Excellent communication & information received from Wayne prior to my stay, then again on the day. Parking was easy & secure. Nice little snack waiting for me in the room. Felt a bit strange not going to a reception or meeting anyone when I arrived, but again, a quick call to Wayne & he explained everything & he was incredibly helpful. A really nice guy and the room/accommodation was superb. Thank you
What a wonderful place! Brilliant instructions prior to arrival. Gorgeous accommodation which was beautifully dercorated, and clean throughtout. Great kitchen facilities and very comfortable bed. Inspiring use of small space for the bathroom. Quirky decor. Definately recommend!
We stayed in the Paddocks so having our own little kitchen was a bonus as in preparation we bought a few breakfast bits with us. The B&B was beautifully presented, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Wayne met us on arrival and had also sent detailed instructions before we arrived. We thoroughly recommend staying here and we will consider doing so again when in the area visiting family. Have recommended Hunt House onwards.
We had had supper in the Red Lion last night which was most enjoyable. It was busy so suggest consider booking a table in advance, which we did but only a couple of hours before.
Another excellent stay in "The Tack Room" beautifully clean, comfy bed, so handy to have a fridge and microwave, great " before arrival information " water, tea, coffee and snacks are also provided. This was our second visit here and can't wait to return again in the future.
Best place we ever stayed at during this trip. The Manger room was fantastic and a good value. Wayne, the host was very accommodating and had lots of info on the local area. The pub across the street was wonderful as well. Only nit is that the front made noise every time the wind blew. I suggest weatherstripping so it doesnt rattle. Nevertheless it deserves the 10 out of 10 rating it has on Expedia

Good stopover
Good communication and well placed as a stopover near the M1. Places to eat or shop a short drive away.
Room was a nice size and addition of a microwave and fridge plus ample supplies of tea, coffee and milk was very useful.
Bed very comfortable and location quiet.
A wonderful stay. We stayed in the Tack Room which was clean, cosy and very welcoming. Wayne sent directions prior to our arrival and check in was perfect. We would most definitely stay here again if we are in the area. We were staying for a visit to the Kilworth House Theatre which was only 20 minutes away by car.
