This cozy condo offers a gas fireplace and comfortable furnishings. The kitchen is updated and equipped with everything you need and more. Just minutes to Ski Apache, Grindstone Lake, and Inn of the Mountain Gods.

If there was an issue it was we came in at night and (I’m sure HOA rules) there aren’t lights up on the buildings where the numbers are. It’s took a bit but we found it and all was well. Absolutely loved our stay in Ruidoso! Our host was so helpful and accommodating! Very quick to respond to anything we needed. Everything was clean and comfortable and everything we needed was available in the unit. The location was perfect, only a few minutes from town or the mountain. The condo was very nice & clean. I believe your description should include both bedrooms are located upstairs. I was under the impression that 1 was up stairs and 1 down. It was very difficult for me to climb the stairs. Also, the propane tank was empty and management was not willing to change it out with a full one. We could have went and bought one but we would not have used that much. We fell they should have done this as an accommodation. Thank You
