The pros: cabin was peaceful and convenient, well stocked with kitchen utensils - even spices - refrigerator, stove, all amenities, grill and jacuzzi outside etc. The cons were some spiders, hairs in bedding.

The cabin was beautiful and super clean. Very pet friendly espcially with fenced in patio and backyard. There is a slope to the backyard but dogs found it fine after first attempt. Loved the location. Would stay here again for sure.

The cabin was very nice and decorated very cute! The bed was super comfortable. Bathrooms were also nice. I was a little disappointed of the cleanliness of the hot tub. I understand they can be difficult to maintain but we weren’t able to use it due to it be dirty. Other than that we loved our stay!

Weekend get away

Great location, great view, hot tub was nice, quiet property. A couple of things to note: property is steep and not really for pets, not much level ground. Property manager needs to tend to routine maintenance inside and out. Maid needs to be fired. Place has cobwebs and dusty in master. Drive way is a little dicey at night (narrow with big drop off)

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well equipped. A couple of notes. The bedrooms are down a steep, right angle staircase with poor lighting (light fixture not functioning). The fenced pet area is out the balcony and down stairs and was too rocky and steep for my older dog. The hot tub lid is impossible for one person to remove and in much need of repair.

Beautiful cabin

This is a great cabin, very clean and cozy. Would definitely stay there again. Our only complaint was that we didn’t know where to put out our garbage. After a couple of days we realized there were neighborhood dumpsters. They should include that in there welcome booklet/instructions. That was something we never experienced before.

Disappointed in the yard and driveway, lack of dishwasher. Had trouble getting TVs to work in bedroo

The window handle in the bathroom fell off . We had to search for a trash bag and trash can for disposal. All the doors are hard to open. We saw an elk and overall enjoyed our stay.

Lovely Mountainside Cabin

My husband and I and our Boston terrier had a wonderful time in Ruidoso and really enjoyed the Lincoln Cabin. Everything was just as described and in perfect working order. We enjoyed the hot tub, used the outdoor grill, and took advantage of the view from the various decks. The kitchen was fully outfitted, and there was an abundance of towels and linens available. The furniture was comfortable and homey, and the bed was very comfy. Check in was a breeze and the check out procedure was clearly outlined. Highly recommend!

Cabin Stay

Clean , nice decks , quite neighborhood convenient to shopping . 2 Bedrooms downstairs so you're going up and down a lot , one bathroom upstairs one down . Backyard is fenced but steep incline . Enjoyed the stay !
