The space:
The cabin has been thoughtfully renovated and maintained by the owners, offering a modern-rustic aesthetic. With three comfortable bedrooms and an open living area, it's an excellent space for hosting families and groups of friends. The well-stocked kitchen has all the necessary equipment for cooking meals, and it is open to the living room to facilitate connections.
In the living room, there is a wood-burning fireplace and a smart TV. A partially covered deck offers a nice vantage point amongst the trees, a perfect place to stargaze. and a private hot tub/spa

CHECK-IN INFORMATION:
Standard check-in begins at 3:00 PM.
Early check-in requests may be approved based on availability.
During holidays, check-in may be as late as 6:00 PM, and early check-in will not be available.
CHRISTMAS POLICY:
Reservations during the Christmas holiday require a minimum stay of 4 nights.
Reservations cannot begin or end on December 25 or January 1.
New reservations cannot create single-night gaps.
No cancellations or changes are allowed 30 days before your scheduled arrival.
CANCELLATIONS:
CHRISTMAS POLICY: For reservations during the Christmas Holiday, there will be a minimum stay requirement of 4 nights. Reservations cannot check in or check out on December 25th or January 1st. New reservations cannot create single-night gaps and may require additional nights to book based on existing reservations. All reservations MUST be paid in full by December 1st or at the time of the reservation if the reservation is booked after December 1st. There will be absolutely NO cancellations or changes 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival.
STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY: (Normal reservations other than holidays, etc.): If you give us 14 days or more notice, we will refund your FULL DEPOSIT less the cancellation fee*. With less than 14 daysâ notice, but greater than 7 daysâ notice, we will refund 50% of your deposit less the cancellation fee*. Less than 7 daysâ notice, but greater than 48 hoursâ notice, we will refund 25% of your deposit less the cancellation fee*. If you give us less than 48 hoursâ notice, SORRY, you will be charged for 100% of the total reservation cost. Any reservation of 30 days or longer will require a 30-day notice to cancel.
SPECIAL EVENTS CANCELLATION POLICY: Specialty Weekends, Family Reunions, and Holidays such as Aspencade, Memorial Day, Spring Break, etc., require a FULL 30-DAY NOTICE to cancel for a full refund less the cancellation fee*. If you give us less than 30 days' notice, SORRY, you will be charged for 100% of the total reservation cost.
*CANCELLATION/CHANGE FEE: If you must cancel, a $40.00 amount plus 6% of the amount charged will be withheld from your deposit as the cancellation fee. If you wish to change your reservation for a standard reservation and the arrival is more than 14 days from today, there will be a $40 change fee added to the reservation. Specialty Weekends, Family Reunions, and Holidays such as Aspencade, Memorial Day, Spring Break, etc., require a FULL 30-DAY NOTICE for any changes. Only one change is allowed for any reservation.
Pet Policy:
Mandatory Pet Fee: $25 per dog, per night .
Pet-Friendly Homes Only: Dogs are allowed only at cabins clearly labeled âPet Friendly.â
Two Dogs Max: Limit of 2 dogs per reservation.
Advance Approval Required: Please disclose all dogs you wish to bring when booking to avoid issues at check-in.
Service Animals: ADA-recognized service animals are always welcome. Emotional support animals (ESAs) are considered pets under this policy.
đ Supervision & Conduct
Dogs must be supervised at all times. If left alone at a property, they must be secured in a portable crate.
Dogs must remain off all furniture (beds, sofas, chairs, etc.).
Guests are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste upon checkout.
Noise: Please ensure pets are quiet and respectful to neighborsâexcessive barking may result in noise complaints to authorities and early removal from our property without refund.
đČ Pet Fees & Fines
Mandatory Pet Fee: $25 per dog, per night .
Unattended Dogs: $200 fine if found uncrated and alone in a property, plus any additional cleaning/damage costs.
$100 fine per pet that is discovered at a nonâpet-friendly property
Furniture Cleaning: Additional fees apply if dogs are found on beds, sofas, or other furniture. Dog hair removal is a very time consuming task for housekeepers. We ask that you bring your pet's own bed for this reason. Use of our pillows or blankets for dog beds will result in a charge to replace those items.
Pet Waste: We require that you pick up all pet waste from the property before leaving. A minimum $50 fee applies if waste is left behind.
Unauthorized Pets:
Even in pet friendly cabins, all dogs must be disclosed to our staff for approval and pet fees must be paid for each pet.
$100 fine per pet that is discovered at a nonâpet-friendly property, plus the standard $25/night fee.
Additional charges may apply for damage or cleanup.

No puppies under 1 year old, no aggressive dogs, and no pets with a history of biting.
No cats, birds, reptiles, or other animals are allowed under this policy.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit, the place was sparkling clean, and it was exactly as described.
This cabin was recently renovated and had everything we needed during our stay. It was clean, and had a really neat outdoor area, which is something we always look for when visiting Ruidoso. The bed was very comfortable as well. We would definitely stay here again.
