Little Blue Bungalow - Amazing Views + Boat Dock!

Gorgeous Lake Views and Boat Dock. Luxurious well appointed bungalow with gorgeous 180 degree lake views. Freshly remodeled down to the studs and professionally designed/decorated. Enjoy indoor/ outdoor living on the huge patio with lots of seating, gas grill and chiminea. Close to lakeview harbor boat launch, Indian Lake state park , bars, restaurants, breweries and other local attractions. Bring your boat and use the dock across the street. This is a perfect location for your stay at the lake!



*Please note* a tornado struck our town on April 14, 2024. Our home was largely unaffected with exception to the front patio. We lost our pergola and all our patio furniture. Some of my photos are from the previous patio. The furniture has since been replaced with brand new/upgraded furniture including dining set, outdoor sectional, chiminea, and grill. The pergola also has been rebuilt the same as what it was. There's an updated photo with gray dining set and outdoor sectional with blue couch cushions showing what it currently looks like. It is very much new and improved, I just want to offer my guests full transparency as not all my photos have been updated. Everything on the interior of the home remains unchanged. Thank you for your understanding!

Your cleaning fee pays for thorough cleaning/sanitation of all floors, counters, bathrooms, and linen service. In order to keep this fee to a minimum, guests are still expected to perform the following: 1) Please empty all (perishable) food/beverages from refrigerator/freezer and cupboards. 2) Please wash any used dishes. You may leave in dishwasher or dry and place in cupboards. 3) Please empty all trash. Trash must be bagged and placed in the large receptacle located by the shed. Please do not leave trash on the front or back porch.

PARKING
Parking is permitted in the following areas: 1) Directly behind the home. 2) grass area at the end of the street (on the corner of North/Maple) that is shared parking between several homes. 3) There is also one parking spot in front of our dock #5. Please do not park on any other neighboring property.

Guest reminder: Neighboring homes are private property and we ask guests to please not trespass or infringe on neighbors enjoyment of the lake. Also we ask that guests please keep outside noise to a minimum after dusk.

The property is super cute and cozy. I booked the trip for a girls weekend. The location is beautiful with great views of Indian Lake and in close proximity to restaurants. The boat dock is across the street so, very easy to get to. The patio is a great hang out area with a chiminea, great seating and views. I definitely recommend this cottage for a relaxing, laid back stay. Additionally, the house is super clean, cute and cozy and has everything you'll need to enjoy your stay! Loved it and feel very relaxed now...just what i needed!

The property was just as it looked in the pictures. We really enjoyed our stay there. The views of the lake were great and we loved sitting on the patio at night. My granddaughter loved all the old memorabilia and games. The only minor issue was we had a hard time finding the boat slip initially.

Delightful property

We had a wonderful stay, for our family of 5 the spaces were comfortable, we appreciated the fully stocked kitchen as far as the utensils and dishes and pans etc. The huge dining table is a highlight, perfect for spending alot of quality time there. The kids spent alot of time in the yard as well. The view of the lake is gorgeous. The bathroom was spacious and functioned so nicely for 5 of us sharing. We didn't want for any amenity or comfort while we were there. Its a wonderful property all around.

Amazing Lake Getaway

I really enjoyed staying at the Little Blue Bungalow! It was a perfect place to stay at in Russles point! It was in a perfect location! It was close to lots of good restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and places to take walks by the lake. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a fun place to stay for an amazing lake getaway!

Long weekend

We stayed four nights and it was wonderful! Every detail was met! Great location that was in walking distance to restaurants, water, and parks. My family enjoyed the neighborhood cat and enjoyed the bunk room. I highly recommend “Little Blue Bungalow” for your next trip.

Small stay Big Results

My wife and I stayed for a few nights while visiting our son and new grandson. It was a perfect little home. Modern upgrades with a few little antique details. Everything was verr a small cottage. The shower was huge.
