The fitness room was nice, there was eaten sunflower seeds and candy trash on one of the treadmills. The pool had not been cleaned, full of dirt and leaves. The parking was on either side so required a good bit of walking.

WiFi was out prior to check in . Told to come back to check in which I did about 3 pm . Then was told WiFi should be working soon . It wasn’t the entire stay & I had specific work to do which I wasn’t able to complete I discussed with them , wanted to get refund & go to another hotel about 7 pm after returning from dinner . Told me it wasn’t an option, they didn’t seem to care .. tub had mold & was not working properly. I stayed here in past & was a pleasant stay , I will not stay here again

I was disappointed. They were having issues with their Internet, so I know she could not know which rooms had been cleaned and which had not. We had booked two rooms. One of the rooms was dirty bed and made towels on the floor so they moved us to another room and it just was not up to par. The sheets were very old and see-through. I was just very disappointed. They had no black coffee in the morning and no napkins not sure what’s happening.

The staff was not the friendliest. We called down and asked for towels, and they wanted to know why we wanted a towel. We did not get any towels. I will not stay here again.

I was quite upset when I was given a double queen room, when I had reserved a King suite. This was not relayed to me at check in, and I found out upon entering my room. One person at the front desk tried to tell me that if we booked third party, then it could be because it was over booked and we basically got booted from our reservation. Then the manager came to tell us that it was because an air conditioner was out and they couldn’t use it. It would have been nice to know up front of any changes that were made to my reservation.

I didn't like the fact that I booked an ADA Accessible room and was told at the front desk that we checked in to late. I explained to the front desk clerk that we needed an ADA Accessible room because my friend can not walk. It literally took her ten minutes to get in and out of the regular tub. Also, the manger called our room with a nasty attitude and told me that we should have been out of the room by 11:00. I explained to him that we booked the room for two days, he asked me to bring him proof or we would have to pay for another room or leave the hotel. It was so inconvenience to pack up and unpack the wheelchair.

Easy check in, clean room, convenient for Peach fest. Room was very dark. Desk light broken. Light bulb missing in a fixture. Non working hairdryer, swapped out for another which did not work, finally on next try got a working hair dryer. 2 light bulbs were flickering in fixtures.
