Ok. Could have been better.

Second time staying here. People are very nice checking in. Breakfast is not good, go down the road to Waffle House. Beds are very firm but ok. AC didn’t not work. Would never kick on just stayed in low fan motor. Couldn’t read the thermostat on the wall either. Shower doesn’t get hot enough and needs more pressure.

Clean nice rooms

Hotel was clean and rooms were nice. Beds a little hard for my taste. Good location. Check in was not organized at all. Took 30mins to check in for the staff to decide what room. Reservation was made months in advance.

HIRE NEW HOUSEKEEPERS!

Details about cleanliness.... what can i say? Ive never stayed in a hotel so gross! And this isnt the first time! Last time i stayed there was a spit cup of tobacco in the drawer of the nightstand, that had already been spilled all over the wall behind the nightstand and never cleaned. Then this trip there was food on the floor from the previous guest, dust and dirt and hair all over the floors, dirty showers, and worst of all, what appeared to be HUMAN FECES on the wall above the toilet! Not to mention, the staff at the front desk are always rude, they never have extra pillows, never have waters... the only positive thing i can say about the place is the coffee machine. Tvs hadly have any sound when turned up to 100, beds are so hard i couldnt sleep. Floors in elevator were sticky and never cleaned in the 2 days we were there. Hallways smelled moldy and stagnant. Completely disgusted and never staying here ever again!

Less than it could be

Indifferent check-in staff whose cell phones had them under a mysterious spell. They could not manage to pay attention to anything else. Property was starting to show wear and could use better housekeeping.
