Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

All Guests must be registered on the reservation. Maximum 4 Guests including visitors in Townhome at any time.
No parties or events allowed. No smoking or vaping inside the Townhome. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Please be considerate of neighbors by adhering to quiet times 10pm - 7am and utilizing the two assigned parking spaces marked with “2535”

This charming townhouse hugged you as soon as you walked in the door. The amenities were perfect, couch and chair in living room were comfortable. The beds were PERFECT and a good night's rest was guaranteed! The townhome was very clean and neat, everything in its place and fully stocked with everything you could ask for! We will be back!

This property is gorgeous! Very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the environment was quiet... it was perfect for our visit back to LaTech! Communicating with the host was easy... customer service was 5 STAR! I am definitely putting this property on my list, to check first, before booking anywhere else when I return. I am going to recommend this property to others as well. Thank you!!!
