The Space:
Charming remodeled cottage in the heart of Ruston, just 2 miles from downtown, Louisiana Tech, Ruston Sports Complex, and Tech’s south campus. Sleeps 8 with 3 bedrooms (2 Kings, 1 Queen + bunks) and 2 baths. Enjoy 6 TVs (3 in the game room), blazing-fast Wi-Fi, and a fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances, quartz counters, and coffee options for any style. Extras include snacks, bottled water, games, Community Coffee, and local Ruston/LaTech decor throughout!

This house was great. The house was spacious for a larger group. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals. It came with snacks and coffee which was nice. Lot of TVs and games to play. There was even dvd player with DVDs.

We loved our stay - it was roomy and cozy! We enjoyed the back patio and there was plenty of room to watch a family movie. The beds were very comfortable. If we're ever back in Ruston, wr'd definitely book here again!

My family and I were in town visiting my daughter who's attending college in the area. We were very impressed with the comfort and accommodations of the home. The family room was a big hit with the kids! The house was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet and appearedsafe. Local restaurant options, groceries etc were nearby. We would definitely love to stay here again when we're back in Ruston

Great layout, Fantastic location!

We really enjoyed our stay. There are two living areas with very comfortable couches perfect for visiting with family. Lots of space in the kitchen for cooking and hanging out. Comfortable beds as well. We would definitely consider staying again.

Our son broke his arm and came to Ruston to be with him for a couple of days to help out. This is the second time we have stayed in this rental. It's wonderful....remodeled very well and plenty of room to spread out.

Wonderful home in Ruston!

This house was absolutely perfect. The location to town and the college was very close. The house was updated and very clean. The large beds were very comfortable, large bathrooms and lots of living space. Would def recommend this house and would stay here again!

A great place!

We had a great stay. This is the first place I have stayed where there was enough supplies (shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, and coffee) for our entire stay. This house fit our group of 7 comfortably. Brent accommodated my date change after our plans changed, and was very easy to work with.

Tech move in day made easy

Easy access to campus which is why we were in town. Clean house and as describe, including a host of breakfast items and coffee to choose from. Communication with owners was easy and they were very accommodating. Highly recommend and we will be back.

Peach of a house!

We really enjoyed this property! Cozy house in the perfect area/proximity to Louisiana Tech. We felt very safe in this area. The online pictures are exactly what you get. This cozy cottage is roomier and more open than we dreamed. We will recommend to any family and friends traveling to this area.

A lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to LA Tech and a short ride to Grambling. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, kitchen fully equipped. The freezer had not been cleaned and the Keurig machine needed a deep cleaning. The grill out back was too dirty to use. We did alert the host about these items and he was concerned and planned to follow up with his cleaning service. There was an Xbox that didn’t work and a Nintendo 64 that would not connect, but the 8 bit Nintendo emulator worked fine (a second controller would be welcome) and was enjoyed by my kid. Lots of DVDs to select from with a range from kid movies to more mature options and several fun board games and books available. The living rooms made for comfortable lounging and the washer and dryer were clean and ready for use. TVs in two of the bedrooms and both living rooms give you lots of spots to catch the game or watch a movie. The hosts were quick to respond and easy to work with. The neighborhood felt safe and was quite peaceful. Close to a grocery, gas, and restaurants as well. I would definitely stay here again.
