The house was a lovely respite very peaceful (the grounds are amazing). The common area kitchen and living room, as well as the outside fireplace were great places to gather as a group. Plentiful and comfortable sleeping arrangements for all.

Stunning property, had an incredible weekend here! Everything was clean and the communication with the owner was excellent. I found the description of how many rooms to be a little confusing, so I miss counted and we had an extra person without a bed. but luckily with some quick response from the owner I found out the property had an air mattress too! There were 4 rooms with a queen bed in each on the second floor (including a master bed), and the third floor had a room with three twin beds, and another room with two queen beds. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful Home, well equipped with plentiful supplies. The yard is gorgeous and well cared for. Host is very quick to respond, and does so with such warmth. We had an issue that required a plumber and she had someone out within 12 hours of contacting her. The whole family enjoyed their stay.

Great spot for multi-family resting

Beautiful house, extraordinarily accommodating host, gorgeous grounds in this quiet Rye retreat. The host found a pack and play, high chair, and stairs gates to keep the 3 toddlers safe and secure. Spacious kitchen and family room, plenty of room.

Wonderful Week

While staying at the Rye Beach Estate we played in the spacious front yard, shuttled to nearby Jenness Beach, took a day trip to Boston, and shopped at the Kittery Outlets. Good location, and spacious for our family of 15. The owner was exceptional with communication and responsive to the few needs we had.

Outstanding!

Our daughter got married in the Portsmouth area, and we rented the house for our 15 family members, five kids 9 and under and five couples. The house was perfect. Recently remodeled, it had plenty of space for all of us. The yard was huge and beautiful with a great deck and gas firepit area. Anne was the best host we've ever dealt with. She communicated really well and was pleasant and very accommodating. I can't say enough about our stay in Rye. I highly recommend it for large groups like ours.

The best family vacation ever!!

We are so excited to share our wonderful experience at Rye Beach Escape. Everything went beautifully from booking to check out. The home is gorgeous with so much room for everyone to have their own space and then come together for family time. Our outside activities were so much fun for kids and adults alike! The front and backyard were used by everyone in our group. Plenty of parking and a garage if needed. The kitchen was well stocked with all utensils for grilling and cooking family meals. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. Rye is a nice area and we were very close to the beach and many restaurants, groceries, and ice cream stores:) The communication and hospitality of Anne and Robin made the visit complete. We highly recommend this vacation home and can't wait to return!

Minor miscommunication on cleanliness due to some repairs at the home, but owner was more than accommodating and went out of her way to make everything right. Family get together for a wedding at Wentworth by the Sea.

The property was very clean and large enough for my family of 6. 2 of my sisters with their families or 4 each. There was 14 of us. We had so much space and did not feel we were on top of each other. A great time was had by all. Highly recommend. Thanks

Everything you could ask for and then some. From the ease of checking in/checking out to the beautiful furnishings and the amazing outdoor space-perfection We had 10 people stay for our wedding weekend. There was PLENTY of space to spread out. Anne the property manager is one-of-a-kind. She was extremely welcoming and helpful and promptly responded to any questions we had. It really made our stay stress free. Highly recommend this property. We look forward to spending more time there in the future.

Perfect Family Visit

My husband and I relocated to San Diego a few years ago and travelled back to NH to visit family and friends with our kids. This house was beautiful and perfectly situated to meet people out at the beach or host friends in. We had a wonderful stay and the host was so responsive and kind to any request we had. Check in and check out could not have been easier. I would absolutely recommend this property for anyone looking to stay on the seacoast.

Great stay at a beautiful place

This place is spacious in a beautiful park like setting but still close to the ocean.Perfect for getting my work done close enough to go to the beach for lunch.The furnishings are all new with a sea coast theme.Every bedroom has a new TV with Apple streaming.I loved the fully stocked kitchen complete with everything from a Viking stove to a kuerig cappuccino maker. Will definitely be back and bring my whole family.It will be perfect for our next gathering

Rye Beach Treat

Anne's home was fantastic! The secluded location offers tons of privacy and the expansive manicured yard is perfect to relax on. The house is enormous and welcoming with comfortably furnishing throughout. The kitchen is a cooks dream with all the neccesary appliances and tools to cook at home. It is close to the beach, restaurants, stores, Portsmouth NH and an hour to Boston. We celebrated our sons graduation from UNH and it was an easy trip to Durham. Thank you Anne for making the weekend memorable for us all especially Casey. We Highly Recommend!!!
