Discover the magic of Saalbach from this delightful chalet that houses 2 accommodations. You will stay in the ground-floor section, which features a lovely terrace where you can start your days relaxed with a cup of coffee. After an active day in the region, you can catch up in the living/dining room while the group's chef prepares culinary delights in the well-equipped kitchen. That's going to be tasty!

Are you a real winter sports lover? Then you have come to the right place. Just 100 metres from the chalet you will find a ski bus stop and from Saalbach several lifts leave for the slopes of the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, which has over 270 kilometres of slopes.

In summer, you will take the most beautiful walks through the centre of Saalbach, about 1.2 km from the chalet. Get your daily groceries at the supermarket 1 km away, but an evening out to dinner at one of the nearby restaurants (nearest at 400 m walk) is also a possibility

Guten Abend, Wir sind aus diversen Gründen bereits gestern abgereist. Ich möchte mich zunächst für die Möglichkeit bedanken, Ihre Ferienwohnung zu mieten. Leider muss ich einige Mängel ansprechen, die uns während unseres Aufenthalts aufgefallen sind:Es sind keine Sitzkissen vorhanden, was das Sitzen im Außenbereich sehr unbequem und ungemütlich macht.Der Zaun ist kaputt und sollte repariert werden, um die Sicherheit zu gewährleisten und das Außengelände anschaulicher zu gestalten.Zudem fehlt der Sonnenschirm, was bei sonnigem Wetter sehr schade ist. Insgesamt beste außenbereich zu wünschen übrig.Ein Föhn sowie ein Staubsauger sind ebenfalls nicht vorhanden, was bei einem längeren Aufenthalt praktisch wäre und mittlerweile Standard ist.Fliegengitter sind nicht vorhanden, was das Lüften bei offenem Fenster erschwert, da sich zahlreiche Fliegen und Insekten in und um die Wohnung befinden. Zumal sind einige Fenster an Erdschächten, in denen sich Insekten aufhalten und ein Lüften unmöglich machen.Die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung entspricht leider nicht unseren Erwartungen, es gibt zahlreiche Stellen, die gereinigt werden müssen. Spinnennetze, Straub, tote Insekten und dreckige/schimmelige Ecken sind leider keine Seltenheit. Dies können Sie den angehängten Bildern entnehmen. Es leben extrem viele Silberfische in der Wohnung. Mehr als drei Dutzend habe ich nachts beseitigt. In einer Ecke befindet sich eine Ameisenanlockbox, was vor allem bei kleinen Kindern gefährlich sein kan

Gästewohnung

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm in der Gästewohnung. Wir hätte uns gerne einen Besen gewünscht um mal in der Woche durchkehren zu können und allgemeine Dinge wie Backpapier, Müllsäcke, Geschirrspültabs.. Aber so ist es mehr als empfehlenswert.

6 Tage Bike Urlaub

Unterkunft ist modern, sauber und mit allen notwendigen ausgestattet. Der Zugang zum Apartment über Zahlencode macht es bei Riesegruppen leicht falls einer mal kurzfristig in dir Unterkunft muss. Leider ist der Ski-Keller als Abstellraum für Fahrräder etwas zu klein, gerade wenn beide Apartments im Haus belegt sind, da wäre eine größere Unterbringungsmöglichkeit für Fahrräder „wünschenswert“. Kostenlose PKW Stellplätze sind ca. 300m von der Unterkunft verfügbar. Ein Supermarkt kann in ca. 10 Minuten fussläugig erreicht werden. Zu den Liftstationen Schattberg X-Press oder Kohlmaisbahn kommt mit dem Rad in ca. 10-15 Minuten. Alles im allen eine tolle Unterkunft!
