• Bedroom 2: Twin bed + Full bed
• Maximum Occupancy: 5 guests (including infants/children). Please respect this limit — no exceptions.
• Living Spaces:
• Bright, modern coastal kitchen with white shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, pull-out trash drawer, and ice maker.
• Fully stocked with dishware, silverware, pots/pans, baking sheet, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and more.
• Eat-in dining table for 4.
• Living room with 50” smart TV and sectional sofa.
• Enclosed porch with additional dining space for 4 — perfect for reading, relaxing, or listening to the ocean breeze.
• Comfort Features: Ceiling fans and mini-split A/C in each bedroom.

☆ The bedrooms do not share a wall.
☆ You enter to the home through the front screened in porch (which features a round dining table and seating for up to 4). The porch leads to the living room. Off of the living room is the primary bedroom (King Bed) and a hallway that leads to the kitchen (with a round table and seating for up to 4) and secondary bedroom (1 twin bed & 1 full bed). Off of the kitchen is the full bathroom.

Guests are required to bring their own bed linens and bath/beach towels, unless opting for our Linen/Towel Package:
• $150 per stay
• Includes bed sheets for all beds, 5 bath towels, 5 washcloths, 6 beach towels, 5 hand towels, and 1 bath mat
• No washing required before departure
• Please request at booking if you would like this service

🐶 Dog-friendly property! One well-behaved dog under 20 lbs is welcome with prior approval and a $50/night pet fee. Dog weight limit exceptions up to 25 pounds may be made depending on dog breed.
• Only 1 dog permitted per stay (breed restrictions apply)
• Please list your dog in your inquiry/booking notes
• Dog-friendly Kinney Shores Beach: per Saco City Code 64-8 B (1), all dogs must be leashed and under control April 1 – Sept 30 where piping plovers or least terns nest.
